When I first was introduced to Anderson Dentistry, I was ecstatic! The staff was friendly, and very professional. It seemed like they were willing to do what it took to get my mouth comfortable again. I needed lots of work! I needed several extractions as well as bone graphing and implants as well. The process was time consuming and very expensive. However, both of the Dr. Anderson brothers assured me that they would work on the price and the price they offered me (with payment plans) was significantly less expensive than any other dentist office. I felt like they were my "friends". After getting part of my procedures out of the way, my price had changed. Apparently, they "never told me a different price" and "they dont make the prices, the collections lady in the office takes care of all of that". Now, I am continuing to receive harassing collections calls and the account has been sold off to a different collections agency. Not only is my mouth unhealthy but the amount of stress this has caused me has taken an emotional toll on me, not to mention my credit report. I dont understand how they think its okay to change the price on their patients after they have started the procedures. It makes me never want to see any dentist again. I absolutely DO NOT recommend them! They are as fake as the implants they sell!

I was on the hunt for a new dentist (after not seeing one in, embarrassingly, 4-5 years), and made an appointment at Anderson Dentistry after 1) hearing about them from a colleague & 2) finding out it was close to the suburbs where I grew up. My first visit consisted of a routine visit, and the staff was super sweet. My last memories of my previous dentist visits are filled with pictures of splotches of blood all over my clothes from an overly-aggressive cleaning. I was relieved to have a completely opposite experience. I felt like the cleaning was very thorough, but never felt like I was being rushed through, which made it possible to be gentle at the same time. I returned a month later for an in-office teeth whitening, an attempt to clear away the stains from years of coffee and Cokes. I was amazed at the difference that just one treatment could have and have continued to see improvement with the take-home kit I was provided. My only criticism would be that the staff is so friendly that I was constantly wanting to talk to them during the cleaning/whitening - which is difficult when you have instruments in your mouth ;)

So impressed by the professionalism and always SO friendly and personable manner by every single person in this office from the front office to the Dentist! They are very skilled and informative at what they do. My son had his very first visit there (he is 2) it went very well, especially for him being such a wiggle worm – then when it was my turn for my check-up, they took it upon themselves to take care of him. I’m pretty sure he was trying to take over the office! They never lost their patience and treated him like a king! I did not feel like a burden, even though it would’ve been easy for them to react that way! Myself and my family will never use another dentist! They are a blessing! Heather Brown

Anderson Dentistry was far and away the most friendly, efficient and knowledgeable dentist Ive ever been to. From my first contact on the phone all the way through the conclusion of my appointment, I felt welcomed, was informed and very comfortable. Very important to me, they made scheduling a breeze and when they had an opening called me to see if I was interested. They worked with my schedule to make sure they were able to make it easy on me. Every person from Dr. Anderson to booking made sure I was fully informed and answered questions I didnt even know to ask. I highly recommend them and will be a patient as long as I live in the area.

I was very impressed by the professionalism, efficiency, and courteous manner of the staff at Anderson Dentistry. The wait time was short and appointments were scheduled efficiently. The assistant who performed the teeth cleaning services was friendly and made the whole process stress-free. Dr. K. Anderson was accommodating to my needs and provided options that best suited my procedure. He and his assistant made me feel at ease and ensured the best service possible, and explained the procedure in detail. At Anderson Dentistry I loved the service and friendly staff, which weighs heavily on my choice of dentists.

I switched dentist recently to finish my dental implant and decided to try someone closer to work. I had a pleasant experience. The staff was very friendly and very knowledgeable. Dr. Kipton Anderson took his time answering all of my questions in the process of what is to be expected in the next few months as I go back to see him to finish my dental implant. I didnt feel rushed and felt very comfortable and I really appreciate that. I will be transferring over my daughters future dental care to Anderson Dentistry and definitely will recommend his services to my coworkers, family, and friends.

My experience was wonderful. The front office staff were friendly and got me into an appointment the next day as a new patient for a problem appointment. The hygienist Karen was very nice and was gentle when doing my cleaning. The dentist Kipton Anderson was very knowledgeable and helpful! I am so glad I switched dentists as my last one was a nightmare.

The dentist I used before was scary to say the least! It was a place you didnt want to be. My visit to see Dr. Anderson was actually a pleasant experience. The office is very well taken care of and my time there felt more comfortable then my previous dentist. When I know someone who needs dental work, I tell them about Dr. Anderson.

Sometimes, one finds a piece of metal in yummy beef fajitas... I broke my tooth, and Dr Anderson got me in immediately. The procedure was painless and quick. He also uses a device that keeps moisture out so my filling will last longer! Great bedside manner, clean office, and amazing dentistry. I highly recommend Dr Anderson!

Fantastic experience - easy to make appointment, new patient forms available online (which I prefer), greeted by friendly staff. My skilled hygienist got my teeth cleaner than they have ever been! Dr. Kip Anderson took the time to explain my xrays, review treatment options and next steps. He truly cares about his patients!

Dr anderson was a classmate of mine. He truly is an artist. From a dentists perspective, it doesnt get any better than dr. Anderson. I have a great deal of respect for him. If youre looking for a wonderful dentist in the area, then look no further.
