This is my second time here and I wasnt greeted either time, today I wasnt even acknowledged they stared at me and continued doing whatever they were doing and finally someone came over. The first time I waited 45 min in the waiting room and 1 hour in the patient room. My daughter was here for a cleaning and no one came back there I had to go up front and after I said something 5 people magically appeared in the room. The hygienist was awesome he was very nice and made my daughter feel comfortable, most of the staff was nice but unless you speak Spanish the lady at the front desk doesnt give you the time of day.

I just saw Dr William Parrel on an emergency basis, as an old root canal decided to get infected. I am from out if town and called Saturday morning, yet they still made space in the schedule for me. I appreciate the relaxed family vibe between the office staff, still professional but relaxing. They made sure I was well informed on my options and did not try to push me to change any of my decisions. If I was close, Id be a new patient in a flash! Thank you so much, for everything yall did to make me feel better!

I had the best extraction experience with Dr. Jefferson! It was amazing! I was pretty comfortable yesterday with the meds she gave me, but usually it still hurts, ya know? Usually hurts at the injection sites and that, too, was minimal! Today, with meds a couple of times, Ive been comfortable and not as bad as I thought it would be. Two Big ol molars and the one was half gone. Thought it would hurt residually & surprise, it wasnt even a 1/3 of what it would be. In my book, She RAWKS!!!!!

Had some questions about the continues charges to my childs ortho account. I stopped payment until I could go through my bank statements with the paperwork they gave me. 1lady in the front office accused me of not having the money to pay. I had plenty of money in February when they drafted more than they needed to and I didnt complain. Just had them roll the funds into another childs balance. Excuse me for wanting to double check my records so there was not another issue!!!

My spouse and I just moved to Conroe and i called to make both of us apointments. I asked if they could do fillings as well.... but before she would answer my questions she insisted i give her my insurance information. I have excellent insurance, thats not the problem... the problem is she wouldnt tell me if they could even do anything until i gave them the insurance. Thank you, but Ill go somewhere else.

I used to take my son to Lovett Dental and they always took for ever to get me in up to an hour of wait, I LOVE ELEMENT DENTAL, the staff is super friendly and patient with my 3 year old, very professional and the place is clean and presentable always. I would 100% recommended it to any one looking for a Dentist in the conroe area.

Set up an appointment at 8:00 in the morning the day before thanksgiving, got an appointment that same day. I was there at 3:30 with hardly no wait. Found out that I needed a root canal and they did it that afternoon. Left at 6:30 feeling great and was able to enjoy thanksgiving dinner. Thanks to everyone there!

I wouldnt trust my smile with anyone but Dr. Jefferson. She is an absolute miracle worker! I cant say enough good things about her. She is so upbeat and professional. I have never heard of Element Dental before today. My first appointment found this business very clean, friendly, professional and carring. I will tell all my family and friends about Element Dental now. Im over 60 years old and have seen many dentist, this is the first one I would ever recommend.

I Am very happy with the service provided to me at Element Dental I called with a tooth ache at 9 am am the were able to see me the same day. Dr Jefferson did an excellent job and relieved my pain in minutes. The staff and everyone working there were caring and compassionate. Great job

The staff here is amazing! I have 5 children that I bring here regularly - all age groups - and they just always know how to make them feel very comfortable even when they are having to do some pretty invasive work. They are AWESOME at what they do!

My kids love going to the dentist now. They explain exactly what they are doing every step of the way so that the kids...and parents....dont get freaked out. They let the parents come back with the kids and are just very friendly and helpful!!

I went in yesterday and had an exam, Dr. Flesher told me what needed to be done. Went back in today and within 30 minutes I had 4 less teeth. Fast friendly and very good job I would recommend anyone to come see Dr. Flesher!

Clean office. Sweet amazing staff and awesome dentist! First Dentist that accepts Medicaid I have ever been to that is actually nice and didnt make you feel like you were being judged by walking in. I LOVE this place.
