My son had been seeing Dr. Weikum for a couple of years now and we were both very happy there. Very nice doctor and Jenna, the most tenured receptionist there is also awesome! Unfortunately, the newer receptionist with the medium-length, gray flipped hair always turns her nose up at my son and I whenever we enter the office. She needs to practice smiling and making patients feel welcome when they enter the suite as opposed to looking at them as if theyre bothering her. She is the reason my son is no longer a patient there. Totally turned off by this womans crappy attitude. This would be a 5-star review if it werent for her.

Dr Weikum is the best Ive been to. He takes an interest in your lifestyle and how it affects the health of your eyes. I wont be going anywhere else as long as he is in Dallas.
