This is my first time at Vision Veritas. I have extremely bad vision and Ive found it very difficult to find a good optometrist. I couldnt have been more pleased with my experience at Vision Veritas. I called today to make an appointment and they had an opening right away - same day! The office staff was super nice, thorough, and patient. I always have trouble with various machines and tests and as per usual I had to do a couple of them twice. The staff was super patient and not at all irritated or frustrated by this. I saw Doctor Olivia not long after (Ive often had to wait in the room for a long time waiting). She was really knowledgable about nuances associated with my extreme case of nearsightedness. The exam was quick and she was very friendly. I inquired later about potentially being a candidate for lasik. Dr Olivia and her staff were more than happy to walk me through a few more tests to determine if I would qualify. At the end of the exam, Dr Olivia noted that my level of Vision imparement would likely quialify me for insurance covering contact fittings and contacts. She knows her stuff! Ive been the same rX for roughly 4 years and this is the first time any doctor or office knew enough or bothered enough to tell me I could save out of pocket $!!! The office is beautiful, conveniently located, and very clean. The staff is wonderful and Dr Olivia is super knowledgable. Im happy to have found a new home for my eyes!

Ive been a faithful customer of Vision Veritas since their grand opening and wouldnt consider going to any other Eyecare provider. The facility is gorgeous, inviting and accommodating. The doctors just happen to be sisters and some of the most knowledgeable and beautiful people you could ever meet. Denise and the rest of the staff are super efficient at providing customers with relevant insurance benefit information and all front customer needs. Denise is the absolute best at finding the perfect frames according to your style and tastes. The facility offers the most sought after eyewear on the market and are constantly expanding their inventory. Give them a try and Im absolutely confident you will be highly impressed and satisfied.

Everyone is nice here. But I would not recommend ordering glasses here. Something was messed up with my lens cutting, so Ill receive my glasses after over 3 weeks. They arent the ones responsible, but Ive had a better experience at Costco. Honestly, their frames selection isnt that great. The frames are overpriced with lots of overlap in styles. I had trouble finding a frame I liked - not loved. And I was very pressured to buy frames here. Again, I really liked Dr. Olivia Carleo. And the assistant I had for testing was very sweet and did a good job explaining each part of the process. I hate to be the first non-5 start review, but I left with a bad taste in my mouth and a long wait for glasses Im not excited about.

I have been wearing contacts for decades, so when I started having trouble with them and I was having no luck getting it resolved I needed a new point of view (literally and figuratively). My daughter highly recommended this practice so I made an appointment. So glad I did. I saw Dr. Olivia, she figured out what the problem probably was, gave me an eye exam and silicone free contacts. Apparently silicone intolerance over time is a real thing. Presto! I can see again! No more eye infections! I cannot be more pleased or thankful. The skill and knowledge that this group has is astounding. If you are on the fence, go here. I cant imagine that you would be dissatisfied.

Such friendly people! Very pleased with the office, staff, doctors, everything. Update: 2 months ago I tried out Vision Veritas as my first eye doctor in Dallas (recommended by a co-worker) and was so impressed with the nice experience that I left the above super simple review... A few weeks later I got an email that I won that months Google review drawing for a free pair of sunglasses! Didnt even know they did that. So I came in and could pick any pair of glasses for free. The ladies were so nice and helped me decide, but I ended up buying an extra pair too. :) So excited - $399 Oliver Peoples glasses for free, and $169 Tory Burch glasses for fun!

Let me start off by saying Yulias kind, patient, and thorough customer care is what brought me to Vision Veritas hands down!!! I was calling around to schedule and appointment for my husband and me, and then I called Vision Veritas and my searched stopped there. Yulia is very warm, caring, thorough and knowledgable. She was able to answer all of my questions with a smile in her voice and with patience. I was very impressed with the aesthetics (beautiful place) and the friendly team. The doctor was very present and treats her patients like people rather than a number. Great experience!!! Way to go Yulia, Denise, Angie, Dr. Carleo!!! Super Team!!!!

Every appointment at Vision Veritas is a pleasant experience. The moment you walk in, you are welcomed by Yulia and Alexandra at the front desk. Alexandra then takes you back and performs the preliminary check. She then walks you to the next room. This is where either Dr Anita or Dr Olivia perform your final eye exam. Upon finishing the exam, if you need glasses or contacts, you are met by Denise. She guides you through selecting and purchasing your new glasses or contacts. Our experience is always excellent. I would recommend Vision Veritas to anyone needing a checkup, glasses, contacts or all three.

I highly recommend Vision Veritas for your eye care needs. They maintain a very professional and friendly atmosphere. Dr. Carleo is very nice and and knowledgeable. She kept me informed the whole time and made sure that I understood what was going on with my eye. I told her that I would be going away for school soon and she even took the time to find me a very good eye doctor to follow up with close to my school. They also have a very nice selection of frames and the front staff is also very nice and willing to help. I will definitely be going back to Vision Veritas whenever I am in Dallas.

Transitioning from the doctor that saw me from my first visit to a new doctor in a new city was a task I didnt want to do. The staff and the Doctor herself made that transition super easy and welcoming. The wait time was no time at all and while the doctor saw me, things were explained very well, any questions you might have they were able to answer them on the spot. Another bright spot about this clinic is the selection of glasses they have onsite. You have lots of choices and a staff that will help you if you are picky. Overall, great staff, clean environment and great doctors!
