Dr. Ross & his staff are simply awesome. Ive been taking my dogs here for almost a decade and I wouldnt dream of going anywhere else. Dr. Ross is very knowledgeable and has true compassion for animals. Its evident in the care he shows and the fact that he refuses to overcharge or sell you unnecessary procedures or medications. I cant tell you how many times hes given me simple and cheap advice for home remedies concerning minor issues. When major issues do arise, hes always approaching the situation from the standpoint of whats actually in the best interest of the animal, not what will net him the most profit. As for his staff, theyre always friendly and so accommodating. They remember me and my dogs by name, always asking about my fur babies who arent with me at the time. They send out prompt reminders for vaccinations and check-ups, always help me if I need quick advice and the doctor isnt available, and have even helped me track down rescues on the few occasions that Ive come across stray animals that needed help. I really cant give enough positive feedback concerning this clinic and those associated with it. Id had some terrible experiences prior to finding Humble Animal Hospital and had honestly began to believe that all vets were shysters. I dont believe that anymore, I just know now that vets like Dr. Ross arent common and therefore so very special.

I came to this vet because they were the vets that worked with the rescue organization that my puppy had come from! I was skeptical at first, but since they already knew My little fur baby Ollie, his mother, and all the little siblings I decided to go ahead and keep him here. My first visit was amazing. The staff is nothing but smiles and grace! The vet also uses common sense and logic to drive his practice, decisions, and medical expertise... unlike some other vets whom have their pocket book in their best interest. He is reasonable, kind, and so very patient. I would reccomend this vet to any and all of my animal loving friends!

I HAVE BEEN GOING TO HUMBLE ANIMAL CLINIC FOR OVER 20 YEARS. CHUCK ROSS IS A DOG AND CAT VET AND DOES A GREAT JOB CAREING FOR THEM. I TAKE MY FOUR FOSTER DOGS THERE AND HE TREATS THEM ALL VERY WELL. HE IS GOOD ON HIS PRICES AND DOES NOT OVERCHANGE AS MANY OTHER VETS DO. WHEN YOU WALK INTO A VET THAT HAS 4 PEOPLE WORKING UP FRONT YOU ARE PAYING FOR THEM ALSO. DR. ROSS HAS HIS WIFE AND ANOTHER PERSON AND THATS IT. HE IS A CAREING VET.I WOULD RECOMMEND HIM TO ANYONE WHO CARES ABOUT THEIR PET.

Im new to the Houston area so I was looking for a vet for my dog Nyla. Attempted to make an appoint today for simple vaccination and was told by the lady who answered the phone that they have not taken any new patients in over a year. Didnt give me a reason as to why just declined to offer me any service. I then kindly asked if there were any other places she would recommend and she laughed at me and said "There are so many, we dont really recommend any." What kind of clinic is this?

dr ross is what I would call a REAL veterinarian...not one of those (how old is he or she...ok lets spay or neuter him)...or brags on how many he cut last week...he is just a good old fashioned pet doctor..i can only thank you regularly for taking care of my (babies) and their babies as you do !!!and as for his staff,the gals and guy have always been top notch...keep up the good work!! I will always depend on him and them to care for my family...

I wouldnt even think to take my dog anywhere else. Dr Ross takes care of my dog and cat like a real vet....one that does his job because he loves animals. I have never been unhappy with Dr. Rosss treatment of either of my animals. I called him when my cat was very sick and he gave us an honest piece of advice, take her to a larger clinic where her labs could be returned quicker. I love my "old-fashioned" kind vet. :-)

I love Humble Animal Hospital. The staff is very friendly and they remember you. Doctor Ross takes the time to full exam your pet. Including looking in their ear that broadcasts on the tv so you can truly see. I can typically get an appointment the same day. They are also open on Saturdays.

Dr. Ross and his entire staff are always very kind. They dont charge an arm and a leg and Dr. Ross is always willing to talk to me about my dog even if I am just picking up flea treatment. Thank you Dr Ross for your kindness over the years.

Love Dr. Ross and his staff! They are reasonably priced and always friendly. The biggest reason I keep going back is because I know I can trust Dr. Ross. He does not try to rip you off by saying your pet needs things done when they dont.

Bad vet for the 21st century. They are stuck in the 70s. They care about animals, but their technology and equipment is out of date. Also, the rabis vac they gave my cat gave her cancer, and she died from it 2 years later. Bad vet.

Weve been taking our boys there since they were pups. Doctor Ross is very good at what he does. Never have to wait when we have an appointment. Their prices are very reasonable and the ladies that work there are super nice.
