As a regular at this clinic, I had a cat that was having trouble breathing and I needed immediate help. Since they were around the corner I rushed over and asked for assistance. I arrived just as the doors were locking. I was refused assistance by the doctor. They refused to help because their shift was over. My cat died that night at the Emergency Hospital because the assistance that could had been provided in time by the doctors that had regularly treated my cat multiple times a year had refused treatment. I do not feel that this clinic cares about their patients and they are heavily priced. I now have two new kittens and they will not be seeing these doctors.

Doctors are nice and we enjoy Dr. Rodriguez as she has been very good to our dogs. But prices are very high for the service, and they recently informed us they will not allow us to purchase flea/heartworm (or any other prescriptions) from any other provider than them (such as online options). So they are basically holding our dogs health hostage unless we cough up the ransom they are demanding for the meds. $100 extra per year just for routine medicine is unacceptable to us, so we are now trying to find a different vet that is more considerate of family budgets.

Ive taken my dogs here several times before and every time I go in, I regret my decision. The front desk staff are not friendly nor customer service oriented whatsoever! They are not helpful at all. It feels like they want your money and thats it. The office visit is $55 and thats not right nor ethical. The doctors spend about 5 minutes with you and the whole time they push products or tests after tests. Joanna whos at the front will not smile for a million-dollar if you know what I mean! I will never go back here and DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE!

Not only I have had excellent customer service here but my dog has been taken care extremely well, he has had 2 surgeries and everything has gone wonderful. I would recommend this hospital to anyone especially if youre a new pet owner, this was the first place I went to and I will always come here. My dog is never afraid of going in and the staff takes the best care of all animals and pet owners.

I called to see about a rabies vacc for my kitten and I was told $18 dollars. I thought "no biggie". I went in and received the vaccination and was hit with a whopping $74.00 bill. I am very very upset with the lie I was told, this is not how you treat people. fyi, a rabies vacc at the humane society is only $10 and you can get the works for like $36.00.

Dr. Burlone has been helping take care of our cat, Louis, for various respiratory and digestive issues, and has been a massive help in the process. If I ever have a question or inquiry, she responds via email very promptly (even on her days off which I feel bad about) - thats how you know VCA cares about the welfare of your pets!

Run away. These people do not care about the welfare of your pet. The staff will not lift a finger to help anyone who finds a lost dog with their rabbis vaccination tag on it. I could NOT believe how USELESS the receptionist was. Go to another Vet Clinic that cares and would help.

Dr. Rodriguez is very friendly and experienced veterinarian. Friendly staff. They are taking good care of my Chihuahua ( vaccine, spay surgery... ). Email follow up appointments, vaccination reminder...Excellent Animal Hospital. They take good care of dogs and love animals.

I cant say enough great things about VCA Kingwood. We gladly make a 25 mile drive to see Dr. Zacek and Dr. Rodriguez. The Doctors and staff truly care about the well being of our dog and are always accommodating when it comes to scheduling.

Not only was the staff was not friendly, but the doctor didn’t do much, charged me a ridiculous amount, and then proceeded to charge me another $40 just for his follow up visit. Would not recommend to ANYONE.

Took my cat in for his yearly vaccines. Great customer service by the Receptionist, Technician, and Doctor! We saw Dr. Burlone, she was very sweet, down to earth, and informative. Great visit!
