There are 2 doctors at this location. Dr. Parson and Dr. Murphey. I have always seen Dr. Murphey. At first it was just they way the schedules worked out. After a couple visits with my one cat, it was just easier because she knew her history. I have 7 cats, I started with 8. One of my cats was always ill with upper respiratory infections. Dr. Murphey informed me some cats are prone to chronic infections, like humans. (I am one said human.) We tried different medications and different diets. We even thought it could be a food allergy and put her on Prescription Diet Z/d, which is not cheap. They gave me all of the samples they had knowing I had 8 cats total. There were a few times I called when she starting vomitting. Technician Kitty had given me a few suggestions on what I can do. It saved me time and money. Other vets wouldnt do that. They would want you to bring in your animal and pay for a visit. In the end, we came to a conclusion it was due to FIP which is incurable and fatal. The only thing I could do was end her suffering. I love all of the technicians (there are 3 who assist with visits,) the front staff and Dr. Murphey. I met Dr. Parson once and had a wonderful experience with him too. I recommend everyone to this vet. I had to wait a maximum of 30 minutes after my appt. and 15 mins in the exam room. Surgery ran late.

Not a real animal hospital! More like a doctors office if you suspect your animal is in need of life threatening care do not bring them here. After charging me 200$ in test alone they did not find anything so they gave me 90$ Worth Of medicine to just medicate my dog ( she was pooping blood and throwing up white mucus).she died the morning after the visit. They do not care for animals over night I was under the impression that she was alright because they let me take her home if I wouldve known this going in I wouldve taken her somewhere else and she would probably be alive still , and the manager was not very empathetic on this fact either.

We moved down here from Illinois a year ago, my Corgi Bailey was throwing up bile, and he was down to 29 lbs.... Hes suppose to be around 38-40 lbs.... Took him here, come to find out he has cirrhosis of the liver.... The vet up in Illinois never caught it... Which made my husband and I very angry.... If we didnt come here and get all these test done... Bailey wouldnt be here with us today.... So now hes on liver supplements till thee end ( he will be 11 Oct 25) hes like a puppy now... Thank Dr Parson and Staff.... Plus our 3 cats go there too... Great place... We are very happy clients.... :-) :-) :-)

I waited an hour and 40 minutes past my appointment time to be seen by just the vet tech. Once I was finally taken back to a room I wait another 30 minutes for the vet who was accompanied by a different vet tech. This woman treated me like I abused my animals and I knew nothing. The annual exam I asked for for my cat was a few touches at best. He also needed his rabies shot. It was one day past it being due and the woman was talking about how horrible I was and I didnt care about my cat for making him wait one day. I will never go back to this place.

If I could give them zero stars I would. Last night my boyfriend brought his dog because she was throwing up and pooping blood. They gave her some stomach medicine and de-wormed her and told us that nothing was wrong and she was going to be fine. Later that evening she died. They did not do anything to help her even though he clearly was willing to pay the money and be there for her. We are both very heart broken by this experience especially since we expected her to get better. Do not go to this vet office. They do not care.

I do not recommend this place to anyone. I took my dog and paid about 350 just for a check up and they told me nothing was wrong with him and called me back the next day to take him back the day after that for another check up and they would charge me again for the visit. The first time they charged me for all kinds of tests and didnt find anything wrong. They told me to give him the medication they gave me. he later died after them telling me nothing was wrong. never again will I go back to this place.

I just moved to the area and I had adopted a stray who was in bad shape. The staff is ultra friendly and Dr. Parson was so gentle and kind. The facility was clean, well maintained and quiet. They had yummy kitty treats in the room for my kitty to munch on and he loved them so much I bought a bag to bring home. Just a great experience for me and for my cat. Prices were reasonable. :)

Ive been using this vet for the past year or two. One of my cats recently passed due to Harvey, as soon as we were able to rush him to the vet it was a day too late. The entire staff has been completely supportive and caring. Even with my other fur babies, I love this vet with all my heart and strongly reccomend it! They are wonderful.

This place is my fur-childrens doctors office. We had a loss of a fur-baby a year ago, they were the only ones open, Dr. Emily was great. The entire staff was so empathetic. I switched veterinarians because of our positive experience during such a difficult time.

Our family loves Animal Hospital of Humble! They have been extremely responsive any time we call, and have accepted us as walk-ins when we were having an emergency. Love how reasonable they are with their pricing and how friendly everyone is! HIGHLY recommend!

Even though I only gave it 2 stars, there are several techs and ladies in the front who are exceptional. However, I cant recommend it, my cat died in a way I believe she shouldnt have... Suffice to say in my opinion if its serious please go elsewhere.

GDB Lone Star Guide Dogs

Both Dr. Parson and Dr. Murphy clearly put your animals health first. The two guide dog puppies Ive raised are always excited to come here because the staff makes it such a positive experience for them!

The doctor is very nice. Hes not the type to just rush n say a few words and hes gone. He will explain things to the best of his ability so you can understand whats going on with your pet.
