Ive dealt with many doctors, hospitals, facilities, and have had several surgeries over the past 12 years due to a serious car accident when I was 19. Over that time I developed a distrust and even an aversion to doctors and medical facilities. My doctor, Dr. Kwon (southwest hand and microsurgery) is wonderful and I will be giving him a separate 5 star review. Speaking specifically about this facility, I could not have been more pleased. The most important thing to note is that the entire place is very clean. Check-in was pleasant, a breeze. Every single person I came in contact with, from check-in to post op, exceeded my expectations in sincere friendliness and professionalism. I was more than impressed. Everything was done quickly and efficiently but not rushed. They all seemed to care. I know that sounds simple but is so important. They all seemed happy to be there and were joking and laughing with each other but not in an unprofessional manner. It set me at ease knowing they were all happy to be there. I dont know what more I can say. I highly recommend this place. I would take anyone in my family there.

I had a simple outpatient procedure done at the Surgery Center of Plano. I had it performed under General Anesthetic. I have a difficulty in getting IVs place due to small veins that roll or no veins that can be seen. The nurse basically said it was my fault and I was being a difficult patient. So the anesthesiologist tried to put it but didnt even look at my arms, just threw up his hands and said I would have to be treated like a baby and be put to sleep with a gas instead of IV meds. After my surgery they never checked if I could pee, eat or drink and wouldnt even let me get fully clothed before dumping me in a wheelchair and putting me on the curb on a cold day with no coat,socks or shoes to wait alone while my husband got the car. RUN RUN RUN from this place as fast as you can. I have had complications and am now hospitalized elsewhere because of their negligence all for a very simple outpatient procedure.

I am a 14 year old patient and was very nervous for my procedure. We walked in and waited a while, which is standard. I went back to pre-op and the nurses were so incredibly nice and relaxing. They genuinely care about your well being. I recieved an I.V and went through my procedure. In post-op I had the same treatment, the wonderful loving nurses and staff. They had nice clean facilities which was pretty chilly but they had warmed blankets. A day after my procedure a nurse called to check on me through out the day. The staff are happy and seem to like being there. It was definitely my best medical experience ever and if I ever need another procedure I will go back. I highly recommend it.

Was told two days before my surgery that I "wasnt a good fit for their facility" due to my $2000 deductible which they misjudged for $1200 which ironically has already been met and they "wouldnt hear paid if all the money went to my deductible". As of now my surgery has been canceled and im left to find a new facility be use a Phone call and second insurance verification is too difficult for them.

I was in the new buliding today its beautiful! This staff here at the surgery center was WONDERFUL! I have never had such great care anywhere else! They were so loving and supportive through this very hard time in my life. I am so happy my procedure was done here! If i ever have to have another one done i know where im going!

My experience there was excellent! Everyone was extremely nice and helpful. My Team of Nurses was ALL FANTASTIC! I have a needle phobia and Ms. Donna is the BEST!!! Thank you Surgery Center of Plano!

Great place for a simple outpatient procedure. The nurses was very helpful addressing questions and concerns. This will be the location I plan to go if I need a surgery.
