VA in Plano has better customer service than the Dallas location BUT youre still dealing with the govt. If you can avoid having Dr. Le as your doctor, then good for you! She has the worst bedside manners. Ive complained, but theres no improvement. I was told last fall I would be assigned to another doctor and I when I show up yesterday, I still had Dr. Le assigned to me. Again, I requested another doctor and they said it would take 6 months or more to get a new doctor. Plano VA isnt terrible, just know u get what u pay for.

This is a new VA location very convenient for vets that live in Collin and Denton County. Had coffee, tea and had some free snacks. Had wheat figure bar and coffee. Staff is great, kiosk available to check in fast.

I been transfer to this clinic since last September and no one answers the phone when you call even after I leave voice mails. They dont call back
