THIS PLACE DESERVES ZERO STARS, but that is not an option. I agree with another reviewer - a loved one should NEVER be put in this facility. My sister was there for 3 disgusting days. Each time I visited her, she was in the same clothes she was wearing when I took her. She did not brush her teeth, take a shower or comb her hair while there. I will not even discuss the unattended bathroom she shared with a roommate. After realizing the situation, I asked for her to be released and I would take her home. It took 2 days of red tape, but I finally got her out. I never got a plan of treatment or talked to the doctor until the day she left. Upon leaving I asked for the bag with clothes and personal belongings that I sent with her. It had never even been opened. Pls tell me how places like Oceans are allowed to exist?

This place deserves zero stars!! Dont send your loved one here please! Save your self the headache. And oh....they dont give your stuff back it always ends up missing. Such a terrible place and they havent been open long only 2 years and this is the kind of ratings they get? Terrible! Cant get ahold of anyone when your loved one has been admitted to find out how they are doing! My mom was here for 3 weeks and when she was admitted her clothes hadnt been changed at all, and no bath! I was furious! You dont treat people like this! I was glad to get her out! Someone needs to report these people! Also forgot to mention that the administrator mr TYLER HARRELL is the worst administrator ever and so is the intake nurse Velesha! And that witch that flies around on her brook stick Sherri.

My mother was here for four weeks and I never spoke to a doctor. The experience was a nightmare! She came out of this hospital in much worse condition than when she went in. I called the administrator on one occasion to share my concerns and he had the social worker call me back with a standard answer. My mother tried to sign herself out and she was taken to court without my knowledge or consent as her POA. I paid to have all of her reports sent to me and never received them. Id give this place 0 stars if possible.
