If I could give them 0 stars I would. The office staff is extremely nice but the doctor was horrible. My dog is a Catahoula well tempered dog but does have slight anxiety. It all started with me getting no respectful greeting or handshake, I dont even know his name... anyways I let him know that I drove 40 minutes and my dog was a little anxious. He took no notice to that and man handled my dog on and off the table. He finally cornered my dog where he was whimpering and trying to run out. The Dr. threw his hands up and said there is nothing we can do because your dog is so bad... I was boiling over. Anyways on the way out, his own receptionist walked me out and proceeded to tell me about the animal hospital next to OReilly, "they are a lot nicer" she said. So I took me and my dog straight there and was treated ten times nicer where they got the job done (:

We were looking for a place to get inexpensive vaccinations and I liked Dr. Stans website and was familiar with the location (I had seen and liked the animal mural painted on his clinic on previous trips down NW Military). The day before we planned to take our beloved puppy Sir Doug in for his 2nd puppy shots, the lil guy got sick and was throwing up and wouldnt eat. We took him to Dr. Stan and they fixed him right up and he was so thoughtful and spent his time examining our pup and explaining everything. His staff was great too, infact, while we were there some peole came in with a new born kitten they couldnt care for and one of the lovely ladies on staff adopted the kitten. We highly reccomend this clinic.

This was my first visit to see Dr. Stan and the team and wish I wouldve gone much earlier on in my pets life! From the phone call my experience started off to a good start. They were able to see my pet for a same day new visit! The entire staff was friendly and professional and treated me as if I had been going there for years. Dr. Stan is caring, witty, and knowledgeable and treats the pets with care and ease. Even though the clinic is quite a ways from where I live I will definitely be returning for future visits. They treat both pets and humans with great care! Thank you team!

Customer service here is so awesome. The vet techs and receptionists listen and ask questions until they really understand what I am asking and then they always take the time to find the answer if they dont know it off-hand. Dr. Stan lets us know if our dog need something that is beyond the capacity of the clinic. And, they are always willing to answer our basic helicopter-parent questions over the phone without having to spend time and money on an appointment!

I am extremely happy with the service I received for my puppy! The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the doctor was very nice to our puppy. We were a walk in, and surprisingly there was no wait at all, and we were in and out in less than 30 minutes. We just took our dog to get his first set of shots, and to chip him and the prices were very reasonable. I will definitely be back for future visits for him and future pets!

Everyone at the clinic was great. We have 5 dogs and the Doctor took the time with each and everyone of them like they were his own. One is fairly grumpy when he sees the doctor, and Dr. Leland was great with him. We had a great experience and the expense of having so many dogs wasnt an issue since they are so much more affordable than the clinics we have tried. I would highly recommend this clinic and Dr. Leland.

Been taking our family animals here since I was little, (thats a lot of animals to vaccinate over the years), am now 27 with my own fur baby which I had brought to Dr. Leland for check ups. The staff and Dr are so nice and genuinely care about the animals, people, and their jobs. No overcharging here and honest advice and diagnoses. Your pet will be glad you brought them here! :)

Brought my dog in for an ear infection. Seen And treated quickly , everything was explained in a very understandable way. My dog took well to the Vet,great vibes and atmosphere.. Very reasonable price: Its obvious this vet is here to help and isnt in it for the money like many animal care establishments. Def recommend.

Just took our new stray kitty in for an exam and Dr. Leland was very gentle with him and explained the medications thoroughly and answered any questions we had. In addition to this, the prices for the exam and vaccines were the most affordable ones I could find. So glad I found a reliable vet now

I called to ask how much it will be to see my puppy. She says well we go by appointment only then shes like its 100$ not included the treatment. I tell her ok thank you and she just hung up on me. She had a tone of voice like if she was annoyed. Taking very rudly.

Our Boston Terrier had been limping and I was looking for an affordable place to take him. I brought him here and not only did they find what was wrong, they even answered some questions I had about our other dogs. They were quick and great and amazing.

As I am sitting on hold waiting for a response to a simple question for over 12 minutes now, this doesnt seem like the clinic that I will be using for my pets. Good customer service should always be a priority.
