Wow! What a disgrace! If I could give them a NEGATIVE FIVE STAR rating I would. Never go here! They charge for your emotional attachment to your animal. They demand INSANE prices bc theyre the only place in Parker County open 24hrs. Theyll let your animal suffer if you refuse to pay their RIDICULOUS prices.. Id heard AWFUL things about them & their prices but I thought "What the hell? Well try them. Theres nowhere else open in Wfd @ 7pm". They wanted $644.00 to put TWO stitches in my dogs ear. They made us wait for over an hr when there was NOBODY ELSE THERE then they FINALLY came in & the vet says to me "Oh, well this could be healed easily @ home. If YOU WANT we can put two stitches in it, but either way hell be fine." After she left we waited another 25mins for a tech to come in. She walked in & the 1st thing she said was "Now its our job to offer him the best medicine possible so itll cost just A BIT more". Then I get handed a bill for $644... for two stitches & a pain shot... WTF. Then on top of that they wanted me to sign an AMA (against medical advice) to say I REFUSED medical care.. seriously? The vet said he could go without stitches, so what "advice" was I going against exactly? They then charged me almost $200 just for the visit.. they didnt even offer me a paper towel to wipe all the blood off my dog or myself. They literally didnt do a damn thing but try to swindle us out of $644. I shouldve just waited till morning & took him to Dr Foland!!! Shell have him fixed up in no time for half the price & 10xs the amount of love & care!! If youve got time & money to be wasted go to i20 Animal Hospital. If your pet is disposable to you, go there. If you like a vets office who could give three wet farts about your precious family member, go there. If you prefer a vets office that cares ONLY about money & not @ all about your animal, go there.. But if you LOVE your animals & want them cared for w/ love & respect in there time of need (@ a FAIR PRICE!!) go somewhere else! Like I said before, I shouldve just waited till morning. Ill definitely be giving our vet a call in the a.m! Theyll scoff @ that BS hospitals prices & apologize for the way we were treated @ I20 Animal Hospital. This place is a disgrace!!!!

The reason I decided to use this clinic was for the convenience. I saw reviews that said the prices were a bit high but I did not mind paying more since they are there 24X7 (For the area they seen high but are on par with what I paid in Dallas) Well 24X7 is a joke. They might be open but you can not get certain things done on Sat (Basic nail clipping ) that you can get done at every other vet in Weatherford on a Sat . I never would see the same vet when I went in. The vets that I did see do not seem to care about your pet. They just want get in and out as fast as they can. .I would try to ask them or bring up concerns during a check up. they will not answer questions or check what I mentioned" They just wanted to give the basic shots and get out the door. They sure do not hold back charging extra for a checkup even though nothing was checked. If you have an emergency that has to be addressed before your normal vet could be called I would consider using them again , but I would not let them do more then stabilize my pet until it could be checked elsewhere.

We had to bring our cat here on a Sunday due to getting an infection from a cat fight. They got us right in. From the very nice girls up front to the very informative tech, we knew we picked the right place to go. The Vet was VERY thorough in examining him and answered all of our questions. She was very gentle with him and made sure she didnt miss a thing. When she gave us a diagnosis the girls then gave us the estimate for treatment to look over before doing anything. I appreciated the honesty. I totally recommend going here if needed as an emergency clinic for your pets. It may be a bit steep in price but they are a walk-in clinic and open 7 days for convenience, so I think the cost is justified. Even though I have a regular Vet, I will definitely be returning to this clinic if we have another after hours emergancy. Thank you!

I dont even know where to start. Just dont bother to go unless you are made of money. This isnt a Vet practice that is focused ok n your loved one rather focused on your wallet. My dog was brought to this facility for emergent treatment only to be misdiagnosed and inappropriately treated. He is worse, called to get assistance and was placed on hold while they looked up my account and wasnt even afforded the courtesy of speaking to me about my dog rather they focused on my account which they made errors on. I have the credit card proof of payment. If I dis this where I worked I would be fired and my license revoked. Vets operate different than Medical practitioners....they want money and the health of their patients. I wish Karma on them all.

Took my dog there for a medical emergency and was told that I could make $6000.00 appear out of my pocket or take him home to suffer. We put my best friend of 11 years to sleep that day, July 4th, 2013, all because they love money more than animals. The tools to fix him were right behind the vet ready to go, but since it wasnt their pet they could have cared less what happened to him. A payment plan or $1000.00 deposit wasnt optional. I left the vet devastated and short $800.00 for nothing. It must have paid for the "we are so sorry card" I got in the mail two weeks later. What a joke! Take your pets to a true animal lover if you love your pet. I-20 animal hospital in Hudson oaks is not one.

My baby Sammy was full of cancer. He couldnt breathe any longer. I took him around 6am to this hospital last Sunday morning as I couldnt watch it any longer, I loved him so much. These women, there were three of them, eased us both into an almost unbearable separation. They provided a warm fuzzy brown blanket and held him as he slipped away. The women were so comforting and even provided a little white cardboard casket so I could take him home. Ill never go anywhere else for the care of my remaining three babies. I wasnt aware that they provided health care as well as emergency services. Thank you to your caring staff.

We had to bring our dog in after having an allergic reaction. Our dog HATES going to the vet and flips out when we take him. We were visiting from out of town when the reaction flared up and chose it because it was close. We assumed he would react like he always does at the vet, but he was actually pretty calm for the most part. Dr Putnam and his technician were so great about being very gentle with our dog and gaining his trust before poking him with shots. It was definitely not the stressful experience we normally have. I would definitely recommend taking your pet here!
