I have gone to Toblers/Stonehaven for years. The office has gotten a lot busier since they expanded, but they are always friendly and I have never felt pressured to get/do anything extra. They explain extra options, which I politely decline and they dont say anything else about it. During my last appointment, I was left waiting 30 minutes and I think I was overlooked, but after I brought it their attention, I was quickly brought in and they gave me a movie gift card for having to wait so long. The dentists are always friendly. I did go to another dentist for about two years when my insurance changed. During each visit they found a "cavity" to fill or a filling to replace. Once I went back to Stonehaven, I havent had to get anything extra done. I personally think they are very honest. My grandmother, parents, and two brothers and their wives also go here and my brother will soon be taking his oldest their as well, making four satisfied generations! The playroom also helps keep the kids entertained!

Didnt know sedation was so expensive, charges seemed piecemeal so as to generate more revenue. I.e. crown - $795 then there was something else required with the crown for $190 - you should just tell folks its $985 for a crown, or $1400 for a root canal. Secondly, if a person is paying cash, all these fees should be negotiable. Additionally, after I was diagnosed with over 5k in work and chose the lesser option, I was set aside and handled like less of a patient because I chose NOT to do all the "recommended" procedures. The doc who did my procedure was more interested in talking with the dental assistant than in explaining what was going on. I see them looking, I see smoke, I felt I couldn’t breathe and yet they were non communicative, all I wanted to know was what they were doing, nothing like being just another procedure. This was my second visit to Stonehaven, I was very satisfied with my first visit, but I will not be coming back, even for the remaining recommended procedures.

There were to many different people involved in a simple cleaning and exam. The radios and ear mics seemed rediculous (comical), and the hygenist for my wife forgot to floss her... The whole experiance was just overkill; however the facilities are beautiful, everyone is friendly, and the equipment is state of the art. Except for the lack of arm rests on the dental chairs. I think the only thing theyre missing is tvs in the ceiling and bose wireless headphones for them (or XM radio). Seriously, it was a great experiance, I loved the facility, there was just too much of a fuss over us (too many people), we dont need the Secret Service doing our dental exams. I miss my old dentist with the small office, two staff members, and old fashon know how.

It is refreshing to go some where that employees take pride in work place. I really enjoyed the way i was treated, and felt like the prices were low.
