DO NOT GO HERE! I visited this dentistry because I lost one of my back molars and I needed a bridge. Joshua (owner) convinced me I needed to get veneers so my teeth would all be the same color.. long story short $7,200 later Im left with extremely crooked veneers that are ALL different colored from one to the next, one front tooth that fell out 3 weeks after they put my veneers in, two plastic moldings of veneers still in my mouth that they refuse to finish (evening though theyve already been paid for) Now they are telling me that the only way they can fix my teeth is by replacing my veneers with CAPS with an additional $7200 price tag! I wouldnt agree to repay them for work that should have been done the right way the first time around and now they refuse to finish the back two veneers even though theyve been paid for! THEY LEFT ME WITH PLATIC TEETH!!! Because I wouldnt agree to pay them in additional 7,200. And if thats not enough to convince you to STAY AWAY from this dentistry, During the time I spent at great smiles, Joshua (owner) had one of hes dentist quit in the middle of giving someone a root canal!! Dont trust them if they say they guarantee their work they dont!! They are trying to sell you! They will do whatever it takes to milk you for what ever you have to spend on dental work and then some, stay away from great smiles!!! Just a side note after asking two other dentists for there Professional opinion on the matter theyve both strongly agreed that the veneers needed to be redone and BOTH of them told me to Take legal matters. No doctor ever tells a patient to sue another doctor that how bad they messed up.

Do NOT ever go here! We prepaid for dental work, they gave us a estimate (verbal). Then we requested a written account of what they were going to do with a itemized accounting showing payments made and charges and so on. We requested this many, many times over a THREE MONTH period, and they still did not provide one. We were told many times that they were going to email or mail it, and they never did no matter who we talked to in the office, or how many times promises were made, even by management. They also told us several times that they had submitted a claim to the insurance and that everything was OK and approved. We found out last week that they did not even do this until last week (they had since late June) , and that the insurance was going to pay less than we had been told we were suppository approved for months ago. We were not notified of this by Great Smiles, we had to get this information from the insurance company. We still have not been told about this by Great Smiles. Add to all of this the fact that after they did the implants and we were told that they would place the bridge in October, WE had to call them and remind them that we needed a appointment for this next phase. I truly believe that they completely forgot about us because they already had our money! As a older person that has dealt with doctors and dentists for almost four decades I have never seen a worst case of mismanagement, bad customer service, and downright lies (well call it totally incorrect information to be polite) from ANY medical provider!.

Im not sure what clinic Matthew went to, but my experience with Great Smiles was AMAZING! I had work done by both Dr. Stobbe and Dr. Bateman. They were both knowledgeable and friendly. The office staff where cheerful and very professional. I needed 3 crowns and 3 fillings, in addition to a check-up and cleaning. I have not been to a dentist for a while because Ive been nervous what all the work that I needed done would cost. I was so surprised at the low bill, and they accept most insurances. I drive all the way from southern Utah County to go here. They are fabulous! I will never put off going to the dentist again now that Ive found them.

Amazing staff. They were so nice and helpful. My husband had not been to a dentist for around 21 years and what teeth he had left were rotted away. When we came in he was embarrassed but they made him feel calm and never made him feel ashamed. We knew they were the right choice. Today he had all his teeth removed and new dentures put in, they did such an amazing job. He looks like a whole new man. And he smiles with confidence. I would recommend this place to everyone and anyone. Thank you Great Smiles.

I have owned a dental lab for 42 years and have never had a dental office so blatantly run up a $6000 bill and never pay. It seems almost criminal. If I was looking for a dental clinic the last place I would look would be here. How they treat there vendors is how they will treat you.

Joshua is the WORST. He is conceded and will talk over you, Ive never met a more UNprofessional office worker! How is it someone that has NO idea what he is doing in a dentist office, "runs" one? Though the actual front desk and techs are really sweet! I wish the best for them.

Love the staff here!!! Brought my husband in for emergency grill work and they took us in that day. Of course the work he needed done didnt come cheap, lucky for us....these guys offer payment plans. AWESOOOOME!!
