Worst management in history! I would give this business 0 stars if I could! I just received a bill from services I received last year. After I was told by Skyline Wellness that my insurance approved me for treatments, I was in treatment for chiropractor services for many months. After My back was better from an injury, I discontinued my treatment. While the treatments themselves were helpful, the management of this company is absolutely atrocious. I am still trying to piece together what exactly happened, whether Skyline never filed an appropriate authorization, or whether my insurance decided to go back on their approval. Either way, receiving a bill of 350+ $ that is almost a year overdue, with no prior warning is unacceptable. After 4 days of chasing tails, I was finally able to obtain an email, and received a phone call from a company who was now hired to manage their billing, since, and I quote what the gentleman told me on the phone "Skyline was not doing a good job, they hired us to do that and you are not the only one receiving a bill like that." We were just hired last week and are trying to catch up with balances. Thanks champ, if thats supposed to make me feel better, it doesnt! So I explained to the gentleman that I did everything, due diligence, on my end, to the best of my knowledge, obtained the approval, paid my deductible and co-pay, switched to Chirocare USA when switching insurance, so I dont see how I should be held accountable for the screw up on Skylines part! I want to know who dropped the ball, who sent me the approval email, since it came from their info email and was not signed, and that person should be held accountable. The gentleman informed me that this person may not even be there anymore since they have such a high turnaround. I DONT CARE! If I had a balance, and continued to receive treatments, they should have informed me! He told me the most they will likely be willing to do is offer me a 3 months payment plan and break up my balance into 3 payments. I dont think so Skyline! You are messing with the wrong person! Your screw up, own up to it and bite your bullet!

I had been experiencing lower back pain (tight hamstrings), sciatic nerve pain and neck pain for years. Ive tried several different massage places and never found relief. I had finally given up hope for relief and relied on pain meds until I found a Groupon for an affordable price for this business and decided to give it a try. WOW! WOW! WOW! First, I was impressed by the thorough exam and conversation from the chiropractor concerning my pain. He explained everything he found from the X-rays and foot scans and proposed a plan for treatment. I then had an adjustment and deep tissue massage that was the BEST EVER! The masseuse even located my knots and tension areas and focused on those. I left that office feeling like a new woman!! I was immediately pain free for over a week! I will definitely continue the plan I only wish My" insurance company covered treatment but its worth paying out of pocket. Its affordable, the staff was amazing and the service was top notch! There is finally hope for my pain. Thank you!! Ill see you soon!

Ive been to a lot of different chiropractors ever since I was 16, Ive had bad posture but chiropractors have really helped me get a better posture Ive moved around a lot and have seen a multitude of different chiropractors, around 6-7 in the area. I moved back to my hometown of Annandale, but I am choosing to drive a little further to this place. This is my favorite chiropractor place out of all of them. No one cracks my back like Dr. Jean Luc, and that is why I am willing to make the drive. Ive found that every chiropractor has their own techniques, but Dr. Jean Lucs had me feeling my best. Therefore, I will be going back here despite the longer drive.

This review is long overdue. Ive been a client of Dr. Jean-Luc since 2008 and followed him to Skyline Wellness Center. He is one of the best chiropractors in the Washington D.C. area. The level of care and expertise he gives is excellent. Ive been going to chiropractors for most of my life, and he is easily the best Ive been to. The staff at Skyline Wellness Center is top notch. The level of care and service they provide is great; they ask questions, listen to your thoughts and work with you. On top of the excellent chiropractic care that is given by Dr. Jean-Luc and Dr. Hamidi, and the massages are the best in the city, both for price and quality.

SWC has been a great experience for me so far. I was never a big believer of Chiropractic care, but it has provided me great results that help my daily activities and sleep. The practice has a great clean and peaceful feel to it. The staff always make you feel welcomed and it is very informative and supportive of your needs (specially the movement coach and her assistants). I would highly recommend it to anyone who is eager to give their body the care it needs.

Overall its great! The staff are friendly and know what they are doing! And just as important the equipment is nice and always clean. They have a ton of options in terms of treatment and they really listen to what your needs are and if you have any concerns! The only thing I would warn people about is the parking garage as its kind of a beast, I would recommend parking on the street (ask the staff about the nearest street parking) as its just easier.

Im so glad that I found Skyline Wellness Center. Both Dr. Jean-Luc, chiropractor and Dr. Will, acupuncturist, have been crucial to my post partum recovery. If you are pregnant, post partum or are in pain please consider Skyline Wellness Center. They will take great care of you. Their approach is patient centered and natural. The massage therapists, Heather and Jonathan, and sports medicine staff, Christina Smith, are wonderful too.

The staff members at SWC are extremely helpful, always friendly, and very flexible in terms of scheduling. I have been seeing Dr. Jean-Luc and he is amazing. Just like the rest of the staff, he is very friendly and knowledgeable, and was able to address my health issues quickly and successfully. I am extremely satisfied with SWC and would highly recommend it to everyone.

Helpful pleasant staff, nice environment. Dr. Jean Luc very personable and knowledgeable. Get good directions on finding office and understand parking before you go. The issues with staff that people talk about is probably due to having lot of different reception staff which is probably nessitated by their long hours and 6 day schedule.

Called to make an appointment and the staff is very rude and does not like to explain or answer questions and condescending I would not recommend based off of one phone call alone. This staff member sounded so cold and like if thats how they talk to you over the phone why would I trust them with my body?

Amazing group of people. Their chiropractic doctor was very professional and was able to diagnose my issues and help me find relief. Used my insurance benefits which I expected to be more difficult. But skyline made it very easy. Thanks for everything I will definitely return!
