We hesitantly took our bunny, a beloved family companion, to Kingdom to be spayed. I say hesitant only because rabbits are very fragile and a vet really needs to know about and have experience with them before working on them. We were going to travel to Fairfax but just could not afford the extravagant prices. We had been to Kingdom a few weeks before with a concern and felt that we received very good and personal treatment. So we took a chance. Dr. Green (have a rabbit? ask for Dr. Green) did a wonderful job. He and the staff at Kingdom took great care of our bunny and us. The staff patiently answered my neurotic questions and handled bunny with greatest care. After surgery Dr. Green called personally to update us on how everything went.

I have to say Ive been going there for sometime and Ive noticed a change in the atmosphere. I wanted to get my dogs teeth looked at and just for them to look started at a little under 800.00 thats before any work. The desk clerks were not the kindest and condisdering I spend a good deal there I expect better service. Also Ive been a customer well over 5 years!!! Its a shame really. The clerk I had was aggravated that I wanted to make my appointment for 5 months out. Wth?!? Thats your job!!! I checked other places and they start at 150.00. They may be good but with the negative desk clerks and the rising rates its just not worth it anymore. Im trying all things veterinary.

The doctor and support staff were great. I could give the place five stars except for my experience with the office manager. My dog was in bad shape and we were strapped for cash after Christmas. We were trying to work with them on a payment plan or anything to keep our 3 year old dog alive. They werent willing to work with us and that is OK... Theyre a business and even though I dont like it I accept it. The thing that was extremely upsetting was the office manager: she said to my wife, who had been crying in the office for over an hour "thats what you get for not bringing your dogs here all the time." Disgusting and completely heartless.

i have been bringing my cat to kingdom for almost 2 years for her wellness exams, medical concerns and for her grooming. i have always felt like the staff was honest about fees, and was very clear with what i would be charged. they would also give me the choice of optional treatments or vaccines, explain the cost, and only provide what i approved. the staff has always been informative, kind and able to schedule us on short notice. whenever i have called the office for medical or grooming advice, the staff has always been helpful in providing solutions. i would recommend this office to my friends looking to change providers.

I seriously cannot rave enough about how great this clinic is! I’ve been bringing my fur-babies to Kingdom Animal Hospital for over 8 years. I couldn’t ask for a more loyal and caring staff. The doctors are all absolutely amazing. They take their time with each patient. Anytime you have an appointment, even if it’s just yearly shots you receive a follow up call the next day. One of our dogs was born with disabilities and health issues and we have spent lots of time with this team. I feel extremely comfortable and would recommend them to everyone. They are big enough to handle your medical needs but small enough to care. 

Dr Greene is the best- other vets there are incompetent- Brought my Corgi to them numerous times- last time I brought Riley to them for nausea & general weakness they prescribed 5 medications that the dog could not swallow? Totally useless meds- I had to bring him to another vetinary hospital & have him euthanized - brought back unopened meds back to Kingdom Animal Hospital for a refund- how can they perscribe oral meds to a animal that can not swallow? Im sure the unopened meds were sold again- all done w/ this place . Spent $ 250+ and got nothing back

We have been using Kingdom for at least three years. During that time we have used their boarding facility several times, have seen the Vet for at least four different emergencies and all of the suggested well care visits for our two dogs. It is an hours drive from where we live in Loudoun County and Im sure there are any number of vets that we pass along the way. We continue to use them because we really like the staff and the vets and our animals have never had better care.

Our veterinarian of many years retired and we started going to Kingdom Animal hospital based on his recommendation. This place is great. We have had a couple of sick dogs and they diagnosed and took great care of them. We even had phone calls from both the staff and doctors to check on our dogs progress after treatment.The staff and doctors have been efficient and caring every time we have visited. They also do grooming and have boarding services and they are also excellent.

Kingdom Animal Hospital has dealt with my animal emergencies without hesitation. Unlike other vets in town that charge an extra fee for an "emergency" visit, Kingdom Animal Hospital has always been accommodating and fair. My cat Fluffys recent left me with many questions, and no matter how many times I called in a day no one became frustrated or ignored my calls. It was relieving to know they cared for him. Dr. Greene was truly amazing, I wouldnt have Fluff see anyone else.

When we had a pet emergency Animal Kingdom Hospital made room for us even being fully booked for the day. After an exam the diagnosis was not good Animal Kingdom Hospital kept our pet there though out the day and allowed family to visit him. They gave us all the needed facts so we could make a more informed decision and never once tries to make us do an expensive treatment they knew we could not afford. I would recommend them to anyone with a pet in need of a vet.

We arrived our first time with 3 very ill cats. Every single person on the staff was helpful and knowledgeable about their jobs. They helped us through a tough and stressful time with respect and care. They are good people. Dr. Green was our Veterinarian and his follow up with the cats and his communications with us were way above our expectations. Do not hesitate to take your animal here.

This Vet clinic is wonderful. They are reaponsive to my calls, work us in quickly, and just love our animals. The staff are always kind and gentle with "our girls" (2 dogs). Dr. Green and the girls up front have been especially helpful and compassionate as we work through a diagnosis of advanced CHF with our older dog. Weve had many vets over the years but this one is our favorite

Everyone at Kingdom has been amazing! Casey and Ariel at the front desk always take time to explain. The vet techs are friendly and knowledgeable. I love Dr. Green and Dr. Loodan. This is my 3rd pet and every single pet has been well taken care of from puppy to senior. I highly recommend!

I used to love this place, but lately they are not accommodating and very rude. I told her my dog was sick and she told me take her to the ER. My dogs have been patients for over 4 years and they tell me go to the ER??? The receptionist Mel needs to receive some customer service training!
