Dr. Zeh is an easy going doctor and the children loved her. What you have to bee concerned about is the incompetence of her staff. They have given the wrong vaccination and they go out of their way to scare children with needles by waving them around, teasing the child and laughing about it. Worse, is the are very rough when giving needles. For such a prestigious practice it would be better if instead of consistently having unskilled and untrustworthy staff the doctor would invest in better qualified staff that the children were not scared of and could do their job accurately. Other physicians that have had their children at this practice have removed them for this reason. The billing woman is neurotic and will just give you attitude she is not cooperative and extremely difficult to discuss anything with. If you go there for the Great Falls hype watch what the staff do because they can damage your children and the billing woman will make your life extremely difficult and will waste so much time, for a cent. As I said, the doctors are good but the environment is based on cheap, incompetent staff that resent their wealthy customers and if you are trying to invest in your child or childrens future go some where else where it is professional. I like Dr. Zeh and was a long term client yet I should have left years before because she does not have high standards when staffing. In ten years there have been only 2 or 3 nurses that were outstanding but they left. If the practice can not be invested in to have the highest quality staff or even above average then I recommend that you invest your families needs into a practice that wants to be renowned for their quality and service.

There are basically two doctors here- Dr Guillen handles the allergies (which we happen to need because of peanuts, blah blah blah, but I didnt know this when I began going there), and Dr Zeh, the pediatrician that handles everything else. Dr Zeh is the warmest, friendliest, most easy going doctor. They are always able to see us that day for a sick appt, and they have Saturday appointments. And when you call, you will talk to a live person, not a computer. It is a small office- no strollers (there are only stairs, no elevator), and the facility is cramped, but it is so worth it- everyone knows you and your kids, and after 4 years, and 3 kids (and 3 pediatricians), I HIGHLY recommend it.

Avoid this practice! I switched my children here so they could get allergy shots without the specialist co-pay (it is a pediatric and allergy specialist). It was, without a doubt, the worst experience I have ever had. The front office is clueless. The billing department is worse. The medical care was barely adequate. The office if filthy. I am usually not a person with extreme views but I can honestly tell you that this was the worst experience I have ever had. The convenience of the office cannot make up for the poor quality of service!
