My 15-year-old dog Angelina went totally blind from glaucoma and cataracts. We went to see Dr. Bosiak and she gave us eyedrops to relieve the pressure in Angies eyes. she said it was like she had a constant migraine. After the second visit and the pressure was still pretty high and she put us on a second kind of eyedrops and told us to come back in a month. when I made that appointment the receptionist was insistent that Angie not eat or drink in case the drops didnt work she would need surgery. I informed her we had no intention of doing the surgery. for one thing we didnt have the money for another thing and she was 15 years old! On the day of the appointment I was in the hospital so my 17-year-old daughter had to take Angie to the appointment at which point the technician informed her that the pressure was now much higher and that she was in excruciating pain. I had told my daughter she is not going to get the surgery that we would have her put down if the drops didnt work. With the doctor in the room and not saying a word the technician and the receptionist were pressuring my distraught daughter to get the surgery because if it was their dog thats what they would do. They were totally out of line and the doctor should have called them out of the room and told him to shut up ...it was not their concern or their business. Very unprofessional staff.

My 8 month old shar pei had entropian surgery . They did beautiful work on her upper and lower lids. I cant see any scars, and her eyes are no longer irritated. The docs and staff here provide platinum service. So glad I chose them again for this type of surgery.

We got seen quickly, and Dr. Bosiack knew what was wrong right away. She still asked for a second opinion from the other doctor, but got us the meds we needed and sent us on our way. Very clean and professional clinic.

Love Dr Blair and the staff. They have taken good care of my 16 yr old cats eye problems. Would recommend them to anyone with a pets eye problems. Dr Blair even carries my pet carrier into the room. So sweet!
