We switched to Countryside after our vet in White Stone retired. On our first appointment, there was a scheduling mishap - either my wife jotted down the wrong date or someone in the office made a mistake. My wife is the queen of scheduling, so naturally I trust her. Either way, the staff was extremely polite and our pup was seen after about an hour of walking in. My only reason for not giving this vet a 5 star rating is because of the staff distancing us from Biscuit, an Italian Greyhound mix, at points of the appointment. Biscuit suffers from epilepsy and has extreme separation anxiety, especially since we seldom leave him alone for fear of a major seizure. During the basic assessment, we were moved to the side while a nurse held him. He did fine but was not as relaxed as he has been for previous appointments when we held him, giving him kisses and whispering positive thoughts into his ear. When they took him from us for lab work, they reported that he wasnt very cooperative and even showed his teeth at them. Biscuit has always been a champ when it comes to having blood drawn or getting shots BECAUSE Mommy and Daddy are with him. My question for the staff, would you allow your child to be taken from you for a blood test or any other traumatic procedure? Biscuit is the closest thing to a child of any dog that I have ever met. He relies on us heavily for emotional support and comfort. Were his pack and he hates it when were apart. Please allow us, and other pet parents, to stay with our fuzzy children through every part of an appointment. Overall, the staff was exceptional and the office was spotless. We even drove two hours based on feedback from others. My hope is that this practice takes my concerns to heart so that we can bring Biscuit here for years to come.

Ive taken my pets to Countryside for the past 6 years and have the highest respect and admiration for Dr. Adine Jones as well as the entire courteous, helpful staff. I always feel that my dogs have received the best possible care. I highly recommend this Vet practice.
