We havent been to see Dr. Khoury in a long time but thats a testament to how incredible she is. Our dog was diagnosed with a herniated disk that was essentially inoperable. His expressed symptoms were extreme difficultly urinating and an inability to empty his bladder, causing him pain and putting him at risk for urea poisoning. Medication helped for a while but its effectiveness began to wane and we were told surgery would only have about a 10% chance of success. Facing the need to put our 6 year old boy to sleep, we tried acupuncture as a last resort. It saved his life. Dr. Khoury saved his life. We started out with weekly appointments, then bi-weekly, then monthly. The results were almost immediate and after a year of treatment coupled with some medication, our dog was back to normal. Eventually, he was completely off medication, too. That was four years ago. We still have our furry child with us. On top of that, Dr. Khourys demeanor is incredible. Our dog had a tendency towards biting and not wanting people to touch his face. I worried acupuncture was going to be a bridge too far for him. While we still sometimes used a muzzle to be safe, he was always calm and compliant with Dr. Khoury. Plus, I loved talking with her while our dog had his treatment. I cant recommend Dr. Khoury or her practice highly enough.

If I could give Dr. Khoury, the front desk staff, and Lynn (physical therapy) higher than 5 stars, I would. The improvement in my dog is nothing short of miraculous. But whats most astounding is how much he looks forward to his visits. And so do I! The time we spend with these folks is the best part of my week, hands down. Oh, did I mention how miraculous the treatments have been for the dog????

Dr. Kosen is the best! Great with my pet. 4 accupuncture treatments and he is doing much better. If your animal is suffering with age related arthritis and stiffness, you owe it to your pet to bring them here!
