We have been bringing our German shepherds here for 20 years. During this long period, they have needed numerous types of interventions, including emergency services. The staff have always been competent and exceptionally caring and loving toward our pets. We live in Taylorsville, but travel over 10 miles to Westminster, so that our pets can get services at WVH. Previously, we had been going to a closer vet hospital, but we discontinued after the staff consistently stereotyped our sweet German shepherds as biters, talking/complaining to each other within easy ear range. (Quote: "Id rather treat a pit bull...at least you know what theyre thinking....I wonder whos going to get bitten today...") When animals are elderly, injured and/or sick, they need love and acceptance--not rejection. We highly recommend Westminster Veterinary Hospital.

I have been going to Westminster Veterinary Hospital for over 20 years with dogs from big Shepherds to small Westies. I have never had a bad experience from the staff (only when it was time to let our babies cross the Rainbow Bridge & even then, the staff, all of them were so very compassionate, caring & considerate).They even sent me a sympathy card when my husband passed.I dont know anyone who has dealt with them who felt they were "ripped off". Sorry that one person felt that.

Good hearted people. Took a kitten my husband found with a serious health condition and said they would treat it and turn it over to the humane society...one of the employees ended up adopting it! We have taken our pets here before and never had a problem...and will continue to do so after seeing what caring people they are! <3

I have been a customer of Westminster Vet since 1987. It has been through many owners but I have liked the service that I have gotten from them over the years. I like all of the staff that is currently at the office. The vets are gentle with my dogs and my dogs like the vets and the vet techs.

The staff are friendly and helpful and honest. They made me, my dog and my wallet comfortable. They were efficient and effective in helping my dog. I will always brings my dog there and any future pets there. Im trying to convince my dad to bring his dog there.

They love to take your money. Charged us for unnecessary office visits and shots. Please choose a Veterinary wisely who wont rip you off.
