I couldnt be more please with the service Ive received from Dr. Bursich and his staff at the Sterling Dental Center. Im 35 years old and been to a good many of dentists over the years, and never once have I really been ecstatic about the treatment Ive received.....UNTIL NOW with the treatment from Dr. Bursich and his team! I went to Dr. Bursich for treatment because I had lost every single one of my upper teeth. I have a VERY bad gag reflex so we knew a normal denture wouldnt work, but the implant supported denture works perfectly because its held in by the implants which allows the denture to not have the middle part. I have now had my teeth for a week and I have been complimented on my nice smile time and time again. And I can now eat the foods that I had not been able to like nachos and hard shell tacos! The denture stays firmly in my mouth when chewing, talking, swimming, exercising, literally anything. Not only was the treatment awesome but the personal care that Dr. Bursich and his staff do is great. Getting dental work can be very stressful and scary. I mean I had no upper teeth at all and its like how do you go into a place feeling confident about positive outcome? But right from the beginning the doctor assured me he would take good care of me. Then over the course of the treatment he did what so many other dentists out there fail to do: He followed through! He showed me he is a man of his word and wasnt just telling me what sounded good like so many other dentists out there. He got right to work on the solution to my problem and made it happen so I could get back to having a normal life with amazing looking teeth! The doctor and his staff were always very friendly and made me feel like I was part of their own family, like a long lost brother. There was never long wait times. They made special accommodations one time to get me a script. And literally just time after time, they went WAY out of their way to accommodate, reassure and just do anything they could to make my experience the very best it could be. I would recommend Dr. Bursich to everyone out there because he is an amazing doctor and person as well. I know I will be a loyal patient of his forever. And Ill tell you what, if feels good to know that no matter what happens with my dental health I finally have a very reliable doctor that I can go see who will know how to fix any problem that comes up.

It all started with a mailer that was just the motivation I needed.. paraphrasing it basically said even great people are cowards when it comes to dental health... after reading that I just had to go to this dentist for the truth in advertising. Upon initial appointment and assessment I was not disappointed with my choice. After now 3 appointments I stand by my decision even more. The entire staff is very nice and forthcoming.. I dont have the feeling that I am being spoken down to like I have felt from other dental groups in the past... As the primary dentist told me. Lets not focus on the past lets get you fixed and healed and focus on keeping it that way. I would and have recommended Sterling dental center to my fiance and others.

BEST DENTIST EXPERIENCE EVER! Before even seeing Dr. Bursich, the staff made sure I was completely comfortable and was extremely clear on everything they would be doing. During the examination, they would point things out to me and informed me about what they were actually going to do before doing it. Even my follow up appointments were amazing - they made sure I wasnt in pain during the procedures and stopped a few times just to make sure I was comfortable. I highly recommend Dr. Bursich and his staff for your next dental visit, they are highly knowledgable, extremely friendly, and are definitely there to help you out.

Worst service ever had.. was suffering from wisdom tooth pain and called up the office to book an appointment. They said would accept my insurance and took all details. Drove all the way to clinic and got an answer that they are out of insurance network. Took dental X ray and asked them to prescribe some medication to relieve pain.. Got an answer that they dont prescribe anything unless I have the surgery done there.. They did not even care for my suffering.. worst staff!!!

I just moved from Florida a year ago and needed to find a dentist. When we came across Sterling Dental I never thought I would say a dentist office felt like home. They are so welcoming and inviting. They truly care about you and go above and beyond in every situation. I am now having my whole family come here. Even my 11 year old is excited that this is "his" dentist office. I strongly recommend this place for anyone looking for a long term dentist.

The Sterling Dental team was fantastic! The payment and scheduling process was very simple and was streamlined by them. Great flexibility and hours. I had anxiety due to past dental experiences but this was alleviated after my first procedure due to the precision and care of Dr. Bursich. Highly recommended. Best dentist office I have been to. Trust me, I have been to many. lol. As long as I am in the VA area, Dr. Bursich will always be my dentist. If I have to drive 2 hours just to see him, I will. I am not kidding. :) Its really hard to find a good dentist office and I have found the one and I am not letting it go. lol. I am not changing dentist any more. :)

This was my first time using this dentist. I usually travel to Fairfax for all my dental appointments. Despite being farther away than Im used to, I will likely use this dentist for my next check up. His name was Dr. Bursich. He was super friendly and thorough, and his staff were great and easy to work with. I highly recommend Dr Bursich and his staff!
