I feel very fortunate to have had you as my dentist while living in Leesburg. One definition of a professional is having or showing a skill, good judgment, and polite behavior expected from a person who is trained to do a job well. You and your staff exemplify this quality. On a scale of one to ten, you are all ten. I would like to sincerely thank you for the outstanding care and dedication that you have shown to my family and me. Your caring attitude and attentive devotion to your patients, makes one look forward to your care and the resultant healthier and brighter smile that comes through your dental expertise. I have very sensitive teeth and so going to the dentist is a very unpleasant experience for me. Dr. Cowell is very gentle and very kind and makes the experience pleasant. Because of my anxiety coming into any dentist office, I do not like surprises which only add to my angst. Today was the fourth time Ive come in to find that the hygienist I made my appointment with is not the hygienist I saw. This means going through all my details from scratch as if I were a first time patient and getting yet another person used to how I can handle the procedure. I was not happy. And they have on my file not to do this or to call me so I can mentally prepare.

We had our first visit on Friday, and were still smiling when we left :) Great staff, great experience! Update: went back today for my 6 month checkup and the first visit wasnt a fluke... still 5 star ratings across the board: - Office environment: very clean, organized, and each dental chair has its own TV for viewing (you can request which channel to watch :) - Staff: extremely polite, and friendly (good sense of humor) - Professionalism: experienced, and very gentle during cleaning - Bonus - they give you nice care packages with decent toothbrushes (not those cheesy, worthless toothbrushes)

Best dental office ever for those that are scared to death of the dentist. Everyone there is very caring and sweet, and truly care about their patients. You do not feel like you are just a "body" in an appointment spot. I told them today that I had finally found a dental office that I could go to without needing a Xanax to calm my nerves.... and my Dr. brought me a sticker as I was leaving. I was also happy to see that there was a fun atmosphere and happy staff! Highly recommended to children and adults!!!

I continue to have great confidence in her advice, treatment and top shelf follow up. Dr Varney is an exceptional dentist in that she discusses options and provides expert technical advice to help me reach the right treatment decision. The entire staff is accommodating, friendly and helpful. Great dental practice and I highly recommend it to family and friends.
