Very Compassionate. Spring Glen has been our vet since we brought home our Bull dog, Oakley, over three years ago. We adopted a kitten, Kenya, from the animal shelter in October, so she naturally received care there as well. She was recently diagnosed with FIP, a horrible feline disease, which I had no idea existed. Kenya had to go to sleep on Friday, May 4, and Dr. Wolf and her nurse (Im so sorry I forgot her name) were so compassionate during the procedure. She explained what would happen and expressed her disdain for this horrific disease which struck such a young kitten, only 9 months old. My husband and I had never been through something like this before, so we were basket cases. It was such a quick procedure - were so thankful and grateful that Dr. Wolf was able to find the vein so quickly so as not to prolong the inevitable. It was such an emotional event - even the Dr. and nurse were teary. I highly recommend this vet hospital and will forever be grateful for what they did for our sweet Kenya.

My husband and I moved to this area a few months ago and are looking for an animal hospital for our two cats. Spring Glen Veterinary Hospital was the third clinic I called in our search. The receptionist could not answer vital information about the clinic (e.g., how long the clinic had been open, how long the Veterinarians had been practicing, whether they provide emergency and specialist services) despite saying she had been employed there for a year. Before I could ask the rest of my questions and set up a facility tour she cut me off saying that she had other customers to help and that she couldnt answer my questions. Needless to say this was highly unprofessional and a poor recommendation. I recommend people looking for a new vet to look somewhere else than Spring Glen Veterinary Hospital.

I went to this vet after I got my kitten for my "free" visit from a wonderful shelter. I had to schedule it two weeks out though the animal was sick, and upon arrival they closed the entire office for a staff meeting. I showed 15 minutes early, waited in my car on the phone, and went in only 10 minutes later than scheduled. I was turned away, and my free visit was no longer valid because I was late. Woman behind the counter was very insincere, and the other Women who were clearly vet technicians- if not, clearly worked there- were on their phones while I struggled with my cat to just leave the building... worst customer service experience Ive ever had at a vet! I couldnt even tell you how they were with animals.

This is our primary vet clinic. We have several pets and the staff here know us very well :) The front desk staff, vet tech and DVMs are all excellent. Everyone is nice and personable. Frequently they ask to see pics of our furbabies, ask how everyone is and just seem to genuinely care about us and our pets. The DVMs seem to really love their job and are happy to come to work each day. Unlike some vets where I feel they Re just about making money, running up your bill and seem annoyed that we have questions. This group has always been very responsive to our questions. Highly recommend!!!

My family has been taking our pets to Spring Glen Vetrinary for about 30 years now. They have always been beyond kind, considerate, and loving to the various pets we have had through the years. I have had both dogs and cats, and each and every one of them has been treated with care, in addition to treatment for too many ailments to list in just one review. If you want to be assured your pet will be treated with care and professional skill, Spring Glen is the place for you!

I have been to several vets and Dr. Cummins is the BEST!! Everyone in the office conducts themselves with compassion and a sense of urgency. Whenever I have had an emergency to get my pet into to see the doctor there is no hesitation. Since my pet is my baby I really appreciate that. I have taken my pets here since 1984 and I will never take them anywhere else. Thanks for all you do, Your all the BEST!!

I called today to make arrangements to bring my moms cat in to be euthanized. I was shocked and upset with the receptionist; she started out polite but quickly became rude, constantly cutting me off and very dismissive, completely unsympathetic. This is not the Spring Glen Vet I remember, where even the receptionists were very welcoming and kind. Based on this experience, I wouldnt recommend Spring Glen Vet.

Good job everytime. Ive been to this vet about a half a dozen times with various animals and Ive always come away feeling that theyve done a good job (at a good price). The current plan is to have them continue the care of our animals for the life of our animals.(And seeing as we have a 1 year old and 2 year old cat... thats going to be awhile!) I would recomend.

I saw Dr. Cummings today for my 12 year old boxer. She was amazing both in her level of expertise and in how kind and loving she was with my dog. She gave my dog the most thorough exam he has had, never made us feel rushed and found several problems that has previously been missed. Office staff was super nice too. Five stars all the way around.

I just moved to the area with a cat who has frequent hot spots that need to be shaved and treated. I called this vet yesterday to ask about fees, immediately got a message machine even though it was within business hours and have not yet received a call back. Unprofessional and a huge let-down since the reviews looked promising.

My family has been taking our pets here for the past 45 years and weve never had a bad experience. The doctors and staff have always been knowledgeable, caring, and compassionate. Theres a reason they were the top rated vet by Consumers Checkbook. Love that they have separate entrances for cats and dogs.

I have been going to this vet for 7 years now. I would not think about going anywhere else. All the staff is very friendly and helpful. I can trust my dogs in their hands. If only I could find a human doctor that cares and listens as well as the staff at Spring Glen.

These folks are truly animal lovers and they take excellent care of all my animals. Ive had very typically healthy animals and some that have had special needs and theyve been fantastic in all our dealings with their health issues over the years for both cats and dogs.

The vets and all staff here have been wonderful! I know my pets are in good hands and that together we will work out a plan to get them healthy. My whole 4-H group and a friend that breeds dogs trust them too.

Theyve always been really kind and knowledgable with my cats. Good bedside manner. They helped head off a potential UTI with one of my cats. Ive been going to them for three years and I would recommend them.
