We have been taking our pets to Lake Tapps Vet Clinic for close to 20 years. All staff are friendly and considerate. They treat their patients with compassion. They are so are sympathetic that they took one of my pets home with them, so they could assure our pet was appropriately cared for during their personal celebration. They are respectful to pet owners who may have financial restrictions. They have given me advice on treating pets at home. They are willing to answer questions in person and over the phone. When a pet has reached the end of their life they help you make the decision that is in your and your pets best interest.

All staff was enjoyable to work with and kind but had very bad experiences when dealing with the veterinarian. She was rude on more than one occasion. Gave her the benefit of the doubt after first visit thinking she may have been having a bad day. But she continued to show rude demeanor each time we returned. When she made a mistake, they tried to charge us more $ instead of covering their own error in our pet care. We will not be returning or recommending this vet to anyone. There are many other places with people who arent rude and looking to rip you off.

I changed veterinarian clinics last year to them when someone found my dog and they called me because she was microchipped. So I tried them out and I just love their customer service! They are so nice and are great with all of my questions or concerns and everything. You need to try them.

Lake Tapps Veterinary Hospital has provided really great care for our two dogs. Staff are very compassionate and caring toward our dogs and are really helpful in teaching us more about them and how to be better dog parents. Great to have this resource so close to home!

This place has been treating our animals for years. I wish they had extended hours, but they are pretty good to them, and they are even better at actually maintaining chart notes and info on them.
