I took my puppy there a couple of times and they wanted to charge at least $500 to neuter him. They wanted to get pre-op labs and this and that and the other, which I felt were unnecessary and just added extra cost, but they refused to neuter him w/o them. I took him to a different vet who is doing it at a much cheaper price and doesnt insist I need a million lab tests. I tried to ask them as a medical professional (I am an internist) what they would do differently with the test results. They gave me some bullshit answers, and I felt, no respect whatsoever to the fact that I might know a bit of what Im talking about even Im not a vet. Everything there has cost too much including vaccinations (they told me it would be $18 bucks, then charged for a "full visit" which was at least $100 more). I felt very swindled. At least as a human doc, I dont try to order bullshit tests just to make money. I order them if they actually will change my management of the patient.

Unnecessary vaccinations and treatments, treatments pushed on you, a large bill and a staff that seem to be completely brainwashed by the vet that leads them and the products and "freebie" chemicals that they push. If there is the slightest chance that your pet could be at risk from something, anything, they will be there standing over your pet with the needle - or indeed administering some treatment to your pet without your permission out of sight from you!! Find a vet with consistently good reviews and then call them - a good vet who truly loves animals, who will be there for you through thick and thin will be on the other end of the phone like a flash talking to you about the needs of your pet and how you can work together as a team. I challenge you to get Dr. Robin Riedinger on the phone!! Just once!!!‎

Excellent place to take your beloved pet. Their facility is clean, large, and well cared for. The people working there are very friendly and took care of my hissing, furious cat in a very professional and comforting manner. They also carry food and treats and other pet items, one-stop-shopping! Very conveniently located, easy to find. They have their own parking lot, plus theres plenty of street parking. VERY happy I found them!

They wanted to run tests when they fully acknowledged there was no reason to think there was anything wrong with my puppy. They vaccinated my puppy with vaccines he had already gotten from elsewhere, and did not tell me at the time that he was getting these vaccines again. Everything was "just in case". I wanted to use this clinic because theyre very close to me, but now Im driving to a different clinic.
