I have three dogs who went to Bellevue animal hospital for more than 2 years. Staff appear to be very friendly and caring. after a couple of visits according to the doctors my dogs started to face different kind of problems with their reproduction system, eyes, ears, hips.... and you name it! The bills started getting really high and a surgery here and there and... after speaking with an out of town friend who is a vet also, he encouraged me to consider changing our vet. I started to take the pups elsewhere which my friend recommended after doing some research and found out more than 80% of the work done on my pets were absolutely unnecessary! bottom line I spent more than $6,000 in just over a year at this hospital and found out that they are in business of charging their customers as mush as they could not even paying attention to your pets needs! you will notice how they push to sell and put you in the spot! Overall very I am very disappointed by the fact that they act like the dishonest mechanic who is out to rip you off!

I first went to Bellevue Animal Hospital at a difficult time while by cat was at the end of her life. The staff and Dr. Gerard were so compassionate and caring in our sad time. Happily, we have since gotten a new kitty and of course I will be bringing her to this vet for her whole life.

This is a great vet! We have two Great Pyrenees and they both have received excellent care here. The staff is very kind and well trained and the rates for care are reasonable. Bellevue Animal Hospital is such an improvement from our previous vet.
