Jet City has been by far the best vet Ive ever been to. Ive taken my dog there for everything from vaccines & check-ups to illnesses and injuries, and I have absolutely no complaints about anything. Their prices are fair, and more importantly they tell you exactly what theyre doing, why its needed, and how much itll cost - without feeling like youre ever being up-sold or taken for a ride on prices. Everyone in the staff does an awesome job to make sure you and your pet are comfortable. Theyve even done a great job making the place look a lot less like a typical vet office. Its an extremely comfortable and cozy environment that still maintains the feeling of cleanliness and professionalism needed in any form of medical service. They also always seem to remember me and my dog personally, and do an amazing job making him feel comfortable and relaxed - which has been amazing for my dog, who usually hides under a chair at the vets. I recently had to bring my dog in for an emergency after he was attacked by an unleashed dog. I showed up out of breath, covered in blood and sweat, carrying my injured and crying pup... all on 5 minutes notice to Jet City. I came bursting through the door and was an absolute shaking and trembling mess. They immediately (yet calmly) took my dog to the back to inspect and treat, while other members of the staff tended to me. I was given a nice comfy quite room to sit in, with a glass of water, and some tissues. A staff member was always nearby to keep me updated on my dogs condition, and to make sure that I knew hed be alright. They warned me of the noises my dog would make as they disinfected the wounds, and told me the process theyd go through to make sure he was going to be okay. They also warned me of possible complications, infections, and other damage that can spring from bite wounds such as this, and assured me that regardless of anything it wasnt life threatening and that theyd make sure hed be okay. He has since healed up well and is back to normal, but without Jet City going above and beyond it would have added to an already very traumatizing experience. I cant thank them enough for how great they have been to me and my dog, and for how much better they made that terrible day.

Last week our dog became very lethargic and not himself. We had been going to another vet and decided to try out Jet City Animal Clinic based off of all the amazing reviews because we just didnt feel that our other vet took a holistic approach to medicine. Not only was Jet City able to get us a same day appointment, they also spent a lot of time getting to know his history, habits and taking a deeper look. It is the best decision weve made for our dogs health yet. He took a turn for the worse overnight and we were so worried. I called Dr. Anderson first thing in the morning, and she spent about 10 minutes on the phone coaching me through what to do next. Unfortunately, he wasnt getting better. So I called again. Dr. Anderson was able to get me in right away to see our little man. She was able to nurse him back to health with such care and kindness. In a situation like this, you feel so beyond helpless. She, along with her amazing staff, made us feel confident that our boy would be okay. And if he didnt improve, she helped us understand what the next steps would be so we didnt need to wonder. Today, he has the light back in his eyes, the wag in his tail and a pep in his step. Thank you to everyone at Jet City Animal Clinic for being our vet and for being there for us. After moving to Seattle three years ago Id yet to take my dog to see a veterinarian, and after having some questions about my dogs health I decided to stop by the local Jet City Animal Clinic and Im so very glad I did. Brooklyn, Jocelin and Dr. Anderson were wonderful to deal with. Part of being on a veterinary staff is treating the animal and the other is to make sure the owner is comfortable and understands what is going on. I was informed at all times what was happening, what possibilities could be, was given options and was told cost. The whole place was very friendly. You can tell they love animals. I love the aesthetic of the place - very vintage, but the actual medical equipment and technique were all modern. Hours are great too. My only (small) complaint was the price, which to be honest as a pet owner you really never know what you may end up being charged because you never truly know what you may be dealing with. When it comes to my dogs health I dont want to take chances on discount services, so even though it cost more than I thought it would Im not totally upset about it. What I pay for are the expertise, care and advice which was truly appreciated.

Have been looking for a vet to call our own for a few years and am glad to report that we found exactly that. My dog is 9 years old, and the staff was great on our intake appointment to get my pup updated on shots and introduced to the vet. They got all his records sent over from the previous vet (we moved out of the neighborhood where our old vet was and werent crazy about that clinic enough to keep going there) before our appointment, so they were knowledgeable about my pups history. I also love love love the sandwiches at Niche bakery next door, so thats a bonus. :)

Extremely friendly and great environment, but dont come here unless you want your pet to be treated by a clueless amateur. Dr Min was super nice, but ended up prescribing something that we shouldnt give our pet given his condition unless a couple of supplemental meds were also prescribed. Good thing we checked with a specialist. She also sent us to the wrong specialist which resulted in wasted time and 150 dollars wasted. Take your pet elsewhere. Brooklyn, however was amazing to our pet and the best person we encountered all day!

We recently brought my elderly kitty in who was having some serious health issues. The entire staff was WONDERFUL and went above and beyond to make the experience as good as it could be when you have an animal nearing the end of her life. The waiting room and exam rooms were all super comfortable and they had a "quiet room" where you could just be with your animal and take time to make the hard decisions. Everyone was compassionate, helpful and caring. I would highly recommend Dr. Anderson and all her staff.

Great staff, always good working with my dog. Very upfront about cost & benefits. Very communicative, and easy to reach by phone, and discuss issues on the phone as appropriate. Had to remove some skin issues that involved general anesthesia and we discussed the cost & benefits of each one, and I did not feel any pressure to do more than was needed, and was even advised not to so some of the more optional tasks, even though it would have been profitable.
