Dr. Yoon and his office staff are amazing ~ they hygienist is wonderful, she tells the patient every step of the way what she is doing and make sure that you are comfortable, the bookkeeper is on top of the billing and always has a smile in her voice if you speak with her via telephone, the dental assistants first most concern is the patients comfort and she also tells you each step of the way what is happening, Dr Yoon is amazing!!! Very good dentist, makes you feel comfortable as he works on your teeth whether it be a filling or a crown he too is concerned if you are comfortable in the dental chair, he is very kind and friendly!! He takes times to explain and answer any questions that you may have. The receptionist does indeed return your phone call If you leave a message, very prompt about doing so and in finding a time that fits you and the dentist regarding making an appointment. I am so very happy that I chose Dr. Yoon and Kitsap Gentle Dentistry

Kitsap Gentle Dentistry lives up to its name! Dr. Jeremy Yoon is awesome! An expert with the needle (I dont even feel it!), he provides great dental care, taking time to answer my many questions and honestly discuss various treatment plans, considering whats best for me and not necessarily whats best for his offices bottom line (how many dentists do THAT today!?). Not an easy patient, his entire staff work hard to allay my fear and anxiety. Their genuine smiles and warm reception from the moment I walk in help to put me at ease. Dr.Yoons easy going manner sets the tone so that the office has just the right mix of professionalism and friendliness while Ms. Makela and Ms. Geneva ensure the front office runs efficiently. All of this results in a very pleasant experience, which is a strange thing to say about a visit to the dentist!

I made my 6 month regular cleaning and they gave me a perio cleaning instead and without informing me. At the end of my appointment they informed me I was now a Perio patient. Perio cleanings are not covered 100%. What is aggravating is that they did a procedure without my approval. I asked for a regular 6 month check up, not a perio check up. They should have informed me that they were not doing the procedure I requested.Of course they say its my fault because I should have known what my coverage was. Coverage is irrelevant if I dont know I am having anything done but a regular cleaning!

I had a great time, and Im always suspicious of reviews that are five stars and all praise, but it was genuinely a great experience. Got me in within the week, established care, got my x-rays and a cleaning, and a plan for what to do with my teeth in the hour I was there. Hygienist was attentive and my mouth feels awesome, and the dentist helped reassure me and answer all my questions. Honestly kinda looking forward to my next appointment to get my work done.

I loved my dental visits here!! I got all four of my wisdom teeth extractions done and felt very taken care of. Dr. Yoon and the staff made me feel as if I was the only patient they had had all day! I used to hop around to different dentists for each check-up because they felt so invasive, but I no longer fear going to the dentist. If youre looking for a great dental place that is friendly and gentle, check it out!

When I first came into Gentle Dentistry of Silverdale too get my initial cleaning & examination, my mouth was in really bad shape to say the very least ~ They not only made me feel comfortable & welcome, but also set me up on a very manageable payment plan towards my extensive treatment needed. . I am very grateful for Dr. Yoon and his entire staff, for they turned a dreadful situation into a positive one for me!

Had just moved up from Az and had broke an implant, Did not know who to go to ( I live in Puyallup) I asked my daughter if her dentist did implants, ( MY daughter takes her 6 kids there. ) I have a fear of the dentist but the staff made me feel relaxed and the dentist made me laugh! I am definitely going back for additional work. Only negative I had to say is that he is only there Thursday and Fridays.

Great office. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Everyone here is willing to go out of there way to make sure you are comfortable and happy with your dental visit. We know not everyone is excited about coming to the dentist so we want to do all we can to make you have an enjoyable experience while you are here. So glad to find an office that looks out for the patients needs and concerns.

Revolving door staff. They either lack genuine courtesy and interest in their jobs and/or lack attention to detail. Quite frankly I wouldnt trust these people to tie my shoes. Due to their clerical incompetence we were caught in a "he said, she said" billing war that has now been resolved in our favor. Bottom line: save your time and money and look elsewhere.

They are all very friendly and accommodating. I went in for my new patient x-rays and exam. I hadnt been to a dentist in a few years. They addressed all my concerns, and are very proactive with their treatment for your teeth. I am extremely happy with my choice to come to them.
