Made me miss 4 days of work by giving me and my employer the run around about "who" should "release" me back to work. They said my primary doctor has to write a note even though I saw a doctor at this facility. Manager Guadeloupe is clueless as she told me herself to go to my primary but told my employer I had to come back for follow up to be released. Manager left office without returning my urgent phone call. When I called back the receptionist actually knew who I was and finally said i had to come back for a follow up, she too had an attitude about me calling. The drug tech and med assistant either have attitudes, or very vocal and slam doors, whisper and roll eyes. If i get hurt at work again Im taking myself to ER. Never coming back here. Ever.

If I had the option of not giving this place no stars I would !!!! Waiting time the worse! They say they close at 8:30. I came for a follow up around 7:30 and they tell me its a hour wait. I get called in and its now 9 and the doctor had not gone in the room. I walked to the hallway to see if someone could check on me and they completely forgot about me being here. I dont recommend this place to anyone, dont waste your time coming here. They are also rude and with attitude.

Did not understand my concern regardless of how I explained it. Ran tests and never got back to me. I called to find out the results that were okay. Perscribed me one pill and did not fix the concern. Told me to see specialist. Customer service was okay. But staff is very unintelligent.

Horrible I got there at 9:20 and its 10:25 still waiting this is horrible I made my appointment for a reason horrible horrible , I called plenty of times and no answer I had to call the Alexias desk to make sure I had the right adress .

Gave me meds that made me have higher blood pressure6 after they checked mine and it was high. Not professionals and rude Nurse!!!!!!!!!!!!
