I have been using Natick eye associates for 2 years now. Its tough to get the same optometrist over again, but I have had a great experience with each of the doctors I have used. The assistants are also very nice and knowledgeable about different insurance policies. I do wish things were laid out a bit better in terms of what different services will cost prior to the appointment (particularly the fitting fees associated with getting new contacts). They provide you with your prescription so you can shop around for the best deals. When I had an eye infection they saw me right away and gave me very clear instructions about how to treat it.

very displeased. received a call from the office stating that i cannot use my prescription to fill my contacts because it expires within the 1 month supply Im ordering. Was even told that it was illegal. Both things proved to be untrue as well as causing undue stress. obviously trying to capitalize on the less informed to make more money. Will not be returning and will advise others not to either

My eye exam was quick and on time the Doctor and staff were friendly and professional. I will come back for sure. Great experience!
