I had a very positive experience today. The facility was absolutely clean, the bathrooms were absolutely clean. The tech who drew blood from my arm was so nice, his name was Raul. Absolute gentleman.. I will go back there in a heartbeat. Did not smell any cigarettes smell either. I was taken in right away as I happened to get lucky as no one else was there. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. Raul was very clean and presentable and a polite individual. I cant thank him enough.

Horrifically under staffed, with some extremely rude people. I have been using this lab for almost 5 years, there are 2 wonderful staff members, everyone else is rude, dismissive and unbearably slow. During a 2 hr wait today, 4 people were brought back. thats one person every half hour. with 2 people working. They made people who were doing drop offs wait just the same. It wouldnt be so bad if they could at least be polite.

Nobody is available to assist at yhe front desk. After waiting 20 minutes, I was able to find the staff coming out of Lab room, but could not tell ne what is the wait time. It has been more than an hour and I sm still waiting to be called and I can expect at least another hour the pace they are working on. Poorly irganized and under staffed. The only reason I sm here is my Aetna insurance could not cover Lab corp.

The facility is spartan, and is slightly unpleasant, but I was absolutely impressed with my phlebotomist Jerry. He has a fantastic bedside manner and was extremely professional and clearly very competent. I imagine the staff at this facility is working under the same pressures that many others face in the medical community, but as of this moment I will happily suggest this location and Jerry in particular.

Worst sticker ever. DO NOT go here if you are afraid of needles; you will be scarred for life. One of the phlebotomists left a bruise on my husbands arm and he doesnt bruise easily. She also managed to hit a nerve in my arm when she drew my blood. I have no idea how she did that because she was drawing blood from the pit of the elbow. Awful, awful place.

Ive used this facility for several years and my experiences have always been positive. Each visit I have had capable technicians, and never smelled cigarette smoke in the facility (thank goodness!). My wait time is usually minimal to none even with no appointment. I try to chose times that I expect will be less busy.

great with children. My complaint is that they are horribly understaffed (as with all quest diagnostics it seems) and it is impossible to get through to anyone on the phone - Ive gotten a busy signal for the past hour.

Ive used them for all my lab needs and its always been a positive experience. they have an automated system for appointments and reception but this OK you just have to know it .

Was in and out within 20 minutes, but a couple of the staff in the waiting room was just unnecessarily rude. Maybe had a bad morning. Retrain your staff. Basic manners.
