I set an appointment in Rutherford to see dr. Chait at 11.30 am. I got a call the day before telling me they were pushing my appointment back an hour. I had a lot of plans for the day, so I informed the woman on the phone that that was fine, but that I could not wait a long time for the doctor. She assured me I would be in and out. I got there early. I waited half an hour past my appointment time, was led into the examination room, and waited for over an hour. The nurse came in and told me I was next and it would be just a couple of minutes. Twenty minutes later, I hear Dr. Chait in the room next to me examining another patient. Dr. Chait is a good doctor, but the office is incredibly disorganized. It was very slow, there was no reason for me to wait 2+ hours (a good portion of that unclothed and cold) for a routine checkup. I encourage women everywhere to go elsewhere for healthcare, as I intend to do going forward.

I would give it no stars if I could. HORRIBLE DOCTOR AND FACILITY. Im pregnant and have been feeling nauseous all week. I woke up and couldnt stop throwing up. They were so rude to not even give me a doctors note to call out of work today when I was there yesterday and they knew I was sick. ALSO if you make your appointment at 1130 am be prepared not to get out until 2:30... they also tried making me get a procedure done in the past when Hackensack medical center said I didnt need to do it at all...ALL THEY WANT IS THEIR MONEY. They dont care about their patients !!!! GOING BACK TO THE NOTE THEY SAID THEY DIDNT WANT TO WRITE ME THE NOTE FOR WORK BECAUSE I DIDNT GET THE PROCEDURE THAT THEY WANTED TO GET DONE. What kind of person does that to someone whos pregnant and cant stop throwing up? It finally took me hours of complaints and back and forth to finally get it.

Doctor Irani and her Daughter Dr. Chait are both wonderful. I have been seeing them for the past 25+ years. This alone should sum it up why do I still admire them and love the service. Connie at the front desk is a sweetheart shes being their for as long as I know Dr. Irani. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ They both delivered my two children and tons of procedures over the years. My most recent procedure was 1 month ago and I cant thank Doctor Irani and Dr. Chait enough. What a good job. Looking forward for many years.

Almost 2 hour waiting ! .......1 hour average waiting in the reception. Then average 45 mins waiting time in the examining room. So almost 2 hours waiting before getting to see the doctor. This long waiting time happened on all 5 visits ! Assistants & doctors are both quite rude. Next to impossible to reach the doctor on phone for a follow up. No Ultra-Sound in the clinic . HIGHLY UN-RECOMMEND !! AVOID ! AVOID !

Yes, the wait time is obnoxiously long... But, if you can stand that, then be prepared for excellent doctors that are earnestly caring. Dr. Irani and her daughter Dr. Chait are wonderful beings. They answer all questions and make you feel at ease. I highly recommend their practice, just bring snacks and reading material :)

Terrible service, the office staff is very, very unprofessional and they do not care about the patients, you can see that they have no clue of what they are doing and they dont care, they are rude. I hope Dr. Irani does something about her staff. Terrible place to go to.

Terrible service. Looong wait at the reception, looooong wait at the exam room. The staff could care less and half of them dont know what they are doing. Not recommended at all!!!
