This is the absolute worst office I have ever been to. These people need an education in customer service. The receptionist obviously doesnt like her job. She could care less to say hello. The nurse who walks you back couldnt pronounce my name and never said hello. She sat at her computer with her back to me and never once looked at me to get any information. The doctor walked in, spent literally two minutes with me and walked out. Never asked if I had any questions, never gave me any advice, just told the gentleman who was with her to e-mail a prescription over to the pharmacy. I have been to the DermOne in Mays Landing and this office was very professional, maybe the Vineland office should take some lessons. No wonder they are no longer going to be part of DermOne as of 8/1. These people need to find a different profession because they are the worst!

Receptionist seem like they dont like their job too much..they dont smile, ask how are you, its just "whats your name?" "Itll be $10" "ok have a seat" sucks when theyre the first people you speak with when walking in. Everyone else was friendly though they should get 4 stars

Both the receptionist when I went there was very very rude fo my dad and I. The doctor was nice though.
