Mine was the worst experience I have ever had in a doctors office. The girls at the front desk are really nice and do their job well, however, I was not happy with the Dr. I had return three times to change the prescription of my glasses. The last and final time I made an appointment and had to wait 1 hour and a half before I could see the Dr. They finally seated me and can you the Dr. saw me waiting in the room, ignored me and went to another room to help someone else. At this point, I gave up and left. The experience was very frustrating because this was not the first time I tried to fix the issue with my glasses. I will NEVER go back to this office.

Excellent service. I loved Dr. Patel. She is friendly and very helpful with questions. The staff went into detail for me to understand what I am paying for and my best options. I highly recommend them.
