Dr. Steve and the dental assistants have always been fantastic with my kids. This poor-fair review is NOT based on the care my family has received from the actual providers. Instead, it is based off the incredibly rude, condescending office staff. I have never, ever been talked to like this staff talks to their clients. Briefly, my children have two dental insurance policies. There was a problem with who was the primary insurance between the policies. Coverage was confirmed. The office staff became rude about the snag in the billing, then refused to see my son when he had a problem tooth even though they had received all payments from insurance two months earlier but had not posted it to my account. Terrible front office staff. Too bad, because the dentists and dental staff do such good work.

Dentist are GREAT!!! Office billing staff.... TERRIBLE so rude and condescending. Treated me like I was the dumbest person alive. I absolutely refuse to speak to that person. She is TERRIBLE!!!!!!
