Mark / Tricare is awesome. I recently moved from NYC and have a problem with my knee. I was reluctant to find a local PT provider but it was just so convenient. Turns out not just convenient but really great and my knee is progressively getting better. The facility is large, immaculately maintained and has the requisite machines and equipment. I have been going to Mark for a month now. Mark clearly knows what he is doing and if you keep up with your visits and home work you have a great shot at getting better. I couldnt be happier with my decision to go with Mark. I would recommend him highly to anyone looking for a great physical therapist.

Last April, I tore my ACL while playing in a Fox Lane High School softball game. I then had ACL reconstruction surgery, and was told to start Physical Therapy almost immediately. I tried a number of clinics but none seemed to be quite as progressive as I would have liked. After one session at Tricare, I knew that this was where I needed to be in order to return to sports as quickly and as safely as possible. What I like most about Tricare, is that you very rarely do the same exercises from session to session. There is nothing slow, boring, nor monotonous about it (as I had previously experienced at other clinics).

Mark has been instrumental in my recovery three times: carpal tunnel recurrence, torn ACL (of note I did not have surgery), and sciatic nerve pain. Each time he has returned me to my regular level of activity. I trust him implicitly and usually check into PT before going to a medical doctor. In my opinion, he is the most competent PT Ive been to (and Ive been to three others).

I severely injured my back after a falling down the stairs. I went to the doctor, totally useless. Thankfully, I was able to get therapy from Tricare and in less than a month all of my back pain was gone. Tricare handled all of the billing with my insurance company, all I had to do was show up.
