The best!!!!Ни в какую панику не вгоняет доктор!Он всегда говорит по факту и как есть !Это лучше,чем Вам лапшу будут вешать и выманивать деньги,а не помогать животному!Очень трепетно относится к животным,всегда просит позвонить и рассказать стало ли легче животному.Он искренне переживает за всех животных!У меня маленький Йорк и он отказался делать нам операцию,отправив в клинику ,где есть реанимация.Хотя мог содрать денег.Он очень порядочный и много раз помогал нам,за что ему безумно благодарна.Если Вы любите своё животное,то ходите только к нему!

I love this Veterinary Clinic! I needed my cat seen a couple times for emergency issues. I was able to be seen quickly and the entire staff was very kind, patient and supportive. Most importantly, my cat was given excellent medical care by staff who really care about animals. Dr. Lutanskiy went above and beyond the emergent issue and even spent extra time with me to explain why my cat has the problem and educated me how to prevent a reoccurrence. He also made sure I understood how to administer the medication at home and the staff reinforced my understanding prior to leaving the office. I was anxious about my cat so I really appreciated the extra attention. The cost of the medication prescribed and the visit itself was very reasonable. I was also given plenty of freebies to try for the cat. Dr. Lutanskiy also stressed that he was available for any questions I may have afterwards. He even told me to call the next day so he could have an update. I am so grateful for the care they provided. I would definitely recommend this clinic to anyone!

Bath Animal Hospital and Dr. Lutanskiy is the best vet I have ever experienced. Ive been to several others in Brooklyn, none of them care like he does. He doesnt make you spend money you dont have to, matter of fact he doesnt charge for things he should. Hes given me free medicine and visits for my pet. Truly the best vet in Brooklyn. The staff are alright but theyre not who cares for the pets, Dr. Lutanskiy does and hes great. My dog has had so many problems other vets have given her. She developed a stomach problem for life from a medicine the other vet stupidly prescribed. Dr. Lutanskiy examined her and found the solution in minutes. I really thought shed never be cured. But now my bestfriend is happy, and I couldnt be happier. Thank you Dr. Lutanskiy.

They dont care about your pet, all they want is your money. Pushing you to get more tests. I wanted to spay my cat. First they said I need to do blood test for leukemia, and preferable general blood test, after doctor said he wont be able to touch her without those general blood work. Im kinda person, that would get everything for my cat, but plz dont try to make me feel stupid. Called couple other vet. Prices are cheaper every place where I called. And nobody asked me about any blood work. As a matter of fact I did them anyways but not at this Bath Animal hospital. Dont recommend to anyone!!! One more thing. Girl on the phone said - first visit is free. So, I paid $45 for this "free" visit. Wonder what will be not free one.

Nothing short of superb service. If you want a veterinarian and staff that TRULY cares about your pet, then look no further, this place has it in spades. If you are located in Manhattan or somewhere far out in Queens or Brooklyn, making the trip here is worth it. Everyone from the vet, to the vet tech, to the individuals at the front desk are all working in unison to make sure that you have an experience that you and your pet will feel good about. Highly, highly, highly recommend!

As a client, I was given a choice to what may be done for my pet, and what is his recommendations. For a person who have been in seven Vets in Queens and Brooklyn. This place is great....Not a long wait. Receptionist was so helpful passionate about her job and assisting customers. Doctor was pleasant and considerate about needs of patients. Doctor gave a complimentary check-up. Expense was fair. Would definitely come again.
