The offices front desk workers are very polite however, Dr. Azazs or his staff must be absolutely incompetent. For the record I am a patient of Dr. Robin Dacosta. Yesterday, wednesday august 23rd I had an appointment for the ronkonkoma office for a vaccine that I required, as I was getting in at 9:25 for a 9:30am call time they had called me 5 minutes prior to my appointment and mid drive which I did not pick up. When I got in they had told me that they did not have the vaccine. They then told me the commack office did, and even though I was being inconvenienced, I rescheduled for thursday august 24th at 9:30am at the commack office. Today I get in at 9:30 sign in and sit down for about 30-45 minutes when the sign out woman calls me over to tell me that the commack office does not have the vaccine that I required either. She was very polite and I had told her it was by no fault of her own but I will not be coming back as a patient to Dr. Azaz ever again. Overall Ive wasted about 3 hours of my time to get a simple vaccine over the past two days.

I think Dr. Azaz is a very good doctor. He doesnt take chances and I do believe he recommends the best possible solutions or treatment for your problem. Ive been his patient for more than a few years and though me and the doc dont see eye to eye on things sometimes I have to say his demeanor and knowledge is top shelf. One knock is his practice always seems to be over booked and its always about an hour and a half from when i get there till I leave. Its about like that everywhere so I say its acceptable, compassionate, quality care. His office girls are swamped busy but will help you with all you need all in good time. I never had a problem with any of his staff. Dr Azazs associates Christina and Barbara Ive also experienced and they too are very efficient and concerned about your problems and well being. You wouldnt be making a bad choice if you chose to see Dr Azaz.

His office is right across the street from my insurance company Liberty Mutual on Jericho turnpike and my real estate agent Coldwell Banker (if you need a good insurance agent try Joe Gargiulo at Liberty Mutual in Commack and if you need a good real estate agent try Ronni Tranes at Coldwell Banker next store). anyways, Dr Azaz is this really cool doctor from I think the middle east or India. He is so so so NICE! only problem is everybody knows how nice and good he is so his office can get to be a bit crowded sometimes. Oh well. So if you want a GREAT doctor and dont mind waiting go see Dr. Azaz or his Physicians Assistant Samantha. Tell them that Veronica sent you!

I would to tell about my experience with well known / famous Dr. Azaz Kindly note I didnt have a good experience. Every time i went with an appointment he preferred referring me to another doctor. This is not fair to the patients who took an appointment with him because they trusted in good consultation from him, he thought he may not want to attend for some reason (not sure what reason could it be!) All i got to see his pride and definitely decided not to go again for any consultation purposes in future! Always remember that no one holds the right of pride then the sole creator of this universe. Dr.Azaz is an amazing doctor he is kind compassionate and patient, everything you want in a doctor. He has been my doctor for over 7 years and he helps me when I am sick and when I was injured. He also takes care of any legal issues that may come up. He has changed my life for the better. His associates and staff are also wonderful as well, its always a pleasure to see Dr.Azaz
