Staff unfriendly, hung up on me. Dentist canceled twice while I was trying to get a cavity filled. Each cancellation means they push you out another 60 days for an appointment. I ended up going to Eastman Dental in Rochester and having it pulled-waiting for them made it past the point it could be saved. Also, went in for a cleaning before that and the dentist/hygienist were talking about the men they were having sex with. They had their fingers in my mouth. Do not go here. They take Medicaid/healthplex, which is about the only thing they have going for them. If you are white, dont go here. You will get asked to get a call back, and they wont call you back. They seem to have different standards based on your skin color. The only way to get an appointment scheduled is to go there in person, and half the time they wont even do that. Supposedly the hygienist makes the appointments. If I could give them no stars I would. Save yourself the headaches and please go somewhere else.

Staff unfriendly unless u speak spanish there no MD. On site take forever on helping with anything going in 5 hrs since my appointment wait for them to set a specialist better off doing it myself

They are always great with the kids, and we never wait long to get into our appt and its always a pleasant visit, in and out and always friendly!
