I got there for a 10:30 appointment I made online. A couple of people who were waiting there before me but who didnt have appointments got seen before me... and each one took about 20 minutes to do, I think mostly because these were older people who needed more time for their appointments. I got in at 12, needed less than 10 minutes for my stuff and was out. A lot of people sat in the waiting area and just left without being seen. The phlebotomist herself was very nice and really good. It was pretty painless and she took my blood pretty quickly. I just wish there was someone there to help her out.
