If you are happy taking a chance with an organization that cant guarantee an appointment time, and that is more interested in their revenues than providing services to their clients, then this is the place to go. Avoid Quest if you value your time. I spent 2 days trying to make an appointment both using their website and their phone number. I repeatedly got the message on their phone system that technical difficulties prevented them finding a location, and online their system kept coming back with an error indicating that their online billing system was down for maintenance. I finally made an appointment on their online system. I was not excited about waiting for a week to have the tests done, but the tests have to be done early in the morning to be useful to the doctor, so I made my appointment for 7:30 AM. Note, they open at 7 AM but their first appointment time is 7:30 AM. I arrived today to discover that I didnt have an appointment. They couldnt find me in the system. So I waited 26 minutes. When I explained that my doctor needed the tests done early in the morning I received two responses. First, they told me that they do these blood tests all day. Sure, they get paid for doing them whenever they perform them, and the first time I had this blood test done a couple years ago I didnt know it had to be done early in the morning. Sure, the lab was happy to get paid for the test. But the doctor looked at the test and ignored the results, and sent me to have the tests done again. Second, they told me that it couldnt possibly matter that it was only 26 minutes since my appointment time. Surely the results couldnt be affected by 26 minutes. I repeat. If you have lots of time to make an appointment, and dont mind being uncertain that you have one, and dont mind being a revenue opportunity rather than a client, and dont mind wasting your time, then this is the place to go.

Hands down WORST customer service reaching an individual on the phone to help verify a simple issue. First visit did not draw the correct blood tests even though I individually verified the tests when blood was drawn. Went back again and failed to draw blood for one of the tests previously draw for. Said the prior blood draw was ok and the test already underway even though the lab called and said they needed another sample. Tech at this center double checked and said that lab was incorrect and the test was already done. Wrong again. Was called several days later by lab and said still did not have correct blood test drawn and would have to go back for now a third visit to get the blood drawn for the test. Tried calling to verify this center has the correct information and it is now 35 minutes of endless navigation of irrelevant menus only to sent to a nation call center that could even correctly connect me to the Huntington site. The site phone number provided by the national call center was incorrect and now trying a third number. Not surprisingly that voicemail is full. Thankfully my life does not depend on this test.

I had the misfortune of choosing this lab to get a series of blood tests including a 2 hour fasting blood sugar test. The woman taking my blood was horrible. Not only did she stab at me like she was playing darts, she was ornery as well. She treated me and her other patients with obvious an dislike, complaining that they "wanted to talk to her" Let me tell you she is the last person anyone would want to talk to about a medical issue. I needed to remain calm during that visit because I knew she had 5 more opportunities to stab me (in the same spot) before my tests were over. I had to drop another test off there today and thinking that it would be easy enough --- it was just a drop off -- it turned into another unpleasant experience. Do yourself a favor ---AVOID THIS LAB ---- it is the worst!

Please make sure that if you go to Quest Labs you go to 175 E. Main St, Suite 105. A lot of people are going to our old address at 195, and are having their blood drawn there, then calling us asking why we didn;t send the results to the doctor. There is another lab at 195, and if you choose to patronize them, that is your right, but please just note that it isnt Quest. I am only writing this because I have seen people complain about us, but they have gone to the old site, which is not Quest. Thank you.

The lady who took my blood seems like she was not in the mood to be there. Plus she was not gentle and now my vein and Skin all around it is swollen so much that I can barely bend my arm. She moved to get a gauze while the needle was still in my arm n I had a shooting pain being that she moved the needle as she reached for the gauze. Didnt even apologize for being so rough. Ugh never again

Good luck trying to get in touch with a live person should you need to call the lab!! Absolutely terrible terrible terrible customer service. I needed to know whether or not I could eat or drink anything before my blood test. I must have called about 6 times, never was able to reach a single person and about 3 times the phone just cut out. SCARY!

Have been a this location about 3 times in the past year. Make reservations online AT LEAST 2-3 ( or more) weeks in advance. I have been checked in within 2 minutes of reservation, even when others have been waiting before me. Staff is friendly and efficient. Office is cleaner than most Quest Labs Ive been to. In and out within 10 minutes.
