I am a new patient at this office. I experience A LOT of anxiety when it comes to dentists. They made me feel comfortable, I was not anxious. They explained everything to me: what they were going to do before doing it. Dr. Sze (she is excellent) made a treatment plan for me and explained everything in detail and answered ALL of my questions so that I can understand what the process entails. I would recommend this office to others. As previously stated, I have anxiety and do NOT like going to the dentist. They ALL (receptionist, dental assistants, Dr. Sze and Paula the Office Manager) made it easy and comfortable for me. I can"t wait till the process is over and I can see the NEW ME.

After I already paid for x rays, office decided to drop my plan and not take me in for another appointment. Even though they sent a letter stating I was effective for another two months. Unable to accommodate. No good patient experience here.
