***BEWARE of Eye to Eye***I never leave reviews, but felt compelled to in this case. There should be an option for ZERO STARS. This place is absolutely awful! I feel like they stole from me over and over. I bought just lenses for glasses I already had and new prescription sunglasses...neither experience has gone well. I paid A LOT for Crizal to be put on my glasses - that is anti-glare and EXTRA anti-scratch. In less than 2 weeks my glasses were scratched just from cleaning them. I find it hard to believe that Crizal was even applied to them. After contacting Crizal, they notified me that I was supposed to receive a card of authenticity. I did not, and when I asked Eye to Eye for it they did not have a clue what I was talking about. Unfortunately, Crizal is "very concerned", but unable to help me because the receipt I was given is hand written and not Itemized, therefore there is no proof that I paid for Crizal. Smart on Eye to Eyes part. Next, I never received the case that my Guess $300 sunglasses were supposed to come in. I was continuously told that they were ordered "the other day, it will be 7 to 10 business days" for 7 weeks! Then the day I went there for them to replace my scratched glasses came. Well, turns out they ordered the wrong lenses! I then asked for the 4th time about my sunglasses case. They still did not have it and so gave me a case for another brand.....which does not fit. I had to re-order the lenses for my glasses AGAIN and was told they would be in by the end of the week...were going on 2 weeks waiting now. NEVER AGAIN! They are thieves!!!

I have been a long time customer of Eye to Eye since I moved to the area in 1999. At that time it was Dr. Kahle and friendly, reliable customer service staff. I have seen a steady decline in service and customer care for the past 7 years or so but particularly and most blatantly obvious over the past 3-4 years. Dropped appointments, unresolved insurance issues,lack of follow up calls and most unprofessional and out right rude staff. I only go there for my contact refills now but recently even THAT has become an issue with rude service. I Shouldve left Eye to Eye last January when my sons eye exam (scheduled for 4pm) was dropped on us. Snow started around 3pm so I called to confirm our appt. but said we might be 5 minutes late due to snow, I picked my son up from school and when we got there they said the doctor had just left! I said "and you dont bother to call your patient whos on her way in the snow with her son?" They insisted that "someone" on my end called to cancel! Are you kidding me? I had just called to CONFIRM and spoke with an employee (who I named). I was told that it mustve been a mistake and that someone with the same last name called to cancel. I couldnt believe she was lying to my face! I asked her " how many (of my sons rare first and last name) had an appointment at 4pm?" Needless to say, we never got an apology and my son never got his exam which he needed for school.

I ordered contacts 3 weeks ago and I received a box for one eye but not the other. A week after I order them, I called to ask when I could pick them up, I was told up to 10 business days. So when I get to the store after 2 weeks then Im told its on back order. NO ONE BOTHERS TO CALL TO KEEP ME INFORMED! Im then told they it should be in this week, if you pay the balance we will ship them, SILLY ME pays the balance and another week later, no lenses and no one except the manager who is not there knows anything about when they are coming. Tomorrow begins week 4........

They are thieves!! They charged my for services provided by my insurance company. .when I found out and try to be reimburse the manager Melissa or Megan whatever her name is said she will get back to me but never did! They need to be reported to better business Bureau! There service sucks! One time I was there in the store n a customer called to speak to one of Representatives. .she said to tell the caller shes out to lunch..terrible service n they are thieves committing insurance fraud! I will never go back to them or recommend them..

Eye to Eye has lost a long time loyal family as of September, 2016! Purchased glasses over a year ago, had tiny stress fractures on lenses that I didnt think would be a problem -wrong! They split down middle of each frame! Female associate was as helpful and polite but was informed that she could offer me ,using my old frames, new lenses at a $660 (?) !! , because of policy. Took prescription to Cohen s, offered new frames and lenses for $639 total! Goodbye Eye to Eye, youve st our business forever!

THEY HAVE A LARGE SELECTION OF FRAMES, AND THAT IS THE ONLY REASON I GO THERE!!! the glasses always take much, much longer than they say it will for them to arrive. I have waited up to 11 weeks before. this time, its three weeks and counting. The technician is not there past 5pm during the week so for a working customer, its very difficult to make arrangements for pick-up. Basically, if youre looking for a nice pair of frames and willing toaccept crappy customer service, go there.

Michelle, who is she? She greeted me asked me if I wanted grapes. Green grapes. Of course I happily accepted. We proceeded to pulling my insurance, she found it without asking me any further information. Ive been coming to eye to eye for decades and will not get glasses at any other location...my job was completed in 2 days to my surprise and am always treated nicely from foot in the door to foot out. Those grapes were excellent!!!!!!!! Thank you Michelle for all your help!!!!

The staff at this store were very helpful, quick and attentive even when swamped. Dr. Kahle was knowledgeable, helpful, and excellent in explaining what she was doing during my eye exam. Being in the presence of such a happy, funny and wonderful optometrist changed my belief that all eye doctors are mean, rude, or just lack any smidgeon of personality. The worst place to go if you need anything for your eyes!!!! Ive been waiting 3 MONTHS to get my prescription glasses and I AM the only one keeping myself up to date. They have my money and I still do not have my glasses I paid for in full at time of service. I am one pissed customer. I HIGHLY DO NOT recommend going to this business or lack there of... Its a disaster!

The service was horrible! Glasses took almost three weeks and no one ever called me, I had to call them. Thats NOT customer service. There are other places in the mall to go, and I strongly advise people to shop around. Ill never, ever go back to an Eye to Eye. Wish I would have heeded the warnings from other reviews.
