I never write reviews but this time i have to.I been going to this office around 2 years and in those 2 years my minimum wait has been 3 hours. Today i was there for 1 hour 45 minutes and didnt even get my vitals done.This time i decided to leave as i got tired of waiting to be even noticed.There is a lot of walking around by staff,lots of inter office chatter and zero interest in patient.From the perhaps 10 or more time my wait has never been less than 2 hours.Today i decided is time to find a better fit doctor for my needs.I give 1 start for front desk staff.

The only reason I am alive today in amazing health is due to Dr. Ricky Hsu. From death doors to 12 years of living a normal healthy life, Dr. Ricky Hsu and his wonderful staff doesnt get better, they are the best, I am now living in Athens Greece, I fly back to NYC every three months just to continue to be in his care., that says it all. Thank You,
