Dr. Accetta has done two cosmetic procedures twice on acne scars I have had on my face for 35 years, both times he did Subcision and microneedling. He explained everything to me, took pictures before and after each procedure honestly I didnt need to look at the pictures as I can see the improvement myself when I look in the mirror everyday. 35 years I have had bangs to cover my forehead, never wore my hair up or away from my face, I was so self conscious of the scars caused from the acne. This summer I am growing my bangs out, I am styling my hair away from my face, wearing less makeup and it feels great! Dr Accetta ,his nurses and staff took very good care of me, I cant thank you enough In eight weeks I will have the procedure done one more time then go to yearly. I highly recommend Dr.Accetta!

Ive been visiting the office since September of 2016, and I must say, my experiences there have been absolutely wonderful, from the scheduling process, to meeting with the physicians assistants (Susan and Emily) and the esthetician (Linda), right through the check-out with the ladies at the front desk. The office is extremely accomodating and comfortable, I have never had to wait more than five minutes in the waiting area, and the physicians assistants go above and beyond in addressing every single one of my questions and concerns. I am delighted to have found this practice and become a patient there. i would highly recommend them!

I am giving Susan Peterson five stars! She is so personable, professional, and most important thorough! Susan and her nurses are great! As far as my honest opinion of the staff that answers the phone they are not very nice, and I have heard this from others who have been turned away. I just continue to tell people that I appreciate the care given by Susan and her nurse staff so I continue to go there.

Had my yearly skin cancer check up this morning. Dr. Accetta and his staff are a wonderful group. Appointments are always on time. Staff are courteous and friendly. Dr. Accetta has removed skin cancers from my face with tiny, barely noticeable scars. Follow ups with Susan Peterson are a breeze. She has a wonderful, friendly personality that makes being nearly naked stress free.

TERRIBLE. My husband ran into traffic and they wouldnt see him. This appointment was for a cancer screening. Obviously they do not care about their patients health. Only the almighty dollar. Of course if we arrive early or on time and sit for a half hour or more that is ok because our time is not worth money. Absolutely fuming. We will find a new dermatologist.

Went for one appt schedule a fu and when I got there they said either I had to put a cc on file or pay upfront for entire visit even though I have insurance. Walked out and will never be back. At the fist appt they were in an office meeting and didnt start asking for patients u ntill 25 minutes after my scheduled appt. Appt was very rushed.

Told my dad over the phone, you have Melanoma and you have to go to Roswell. ..cold. I suspect to fill his appointment with someone else. Really, that couldnt have told him at his appointment in 2 days. Really disappointing.

The billing department has no clue what they are doing. Only one statement sent out and they "forgot" to put a $200 charge on my bill. I will never return!
