Zax Escape

Had a friend with an IUD installed. Contact the emergency line and inquired about the situation as she felt a metal rod protruding out of her private area. Basically had to beg whomever answered the phone to simply ask the doctor if she was in any potential harm. Before all of this, she had asked to come in three days later. Showed zero regard for the patients health.

Im actually here as we speak to get a semi annual pap because my OBGYN had no Availibilty , my appointment was @ 12:10 I have been here for 2 hours and 25 minutes and I still have not been seen . This is the worst planned parenthood ever it is very inconvenient and no one is keeping me updated with anything thats going on .

Dont come here .... I arrived at 1 pm, an hour before my appt to see if they could take me early. Then when my appt actually was at 2pm the whole office decided to go on lunch and left me waiting for a half hour..... very unprofessional.... and mean while I was the only one In the waiting room. Never again.

Got there two hours prior to closing and this nasty nurse told me I couldnt wait because there were already five people waiting and she doesnt get paid overtime. These people are supposed to help women, not turn them away because they think they dont get paid enough.

My first time experience with them is great. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I made an appointment, didnt wait long to get in. I just needed a prescription filled bc my gynecologist cant see me for 2 months and they got me in and out without a problem.

This place is not good. My appointment it was 10:30am they call me in at 12:45pm. I was waith in waiting room 2hours and 15 minutes.
