Great Vet! Our puppy was hit by a bus, we called our regular vet and got the answering machine that said the vet would be out of town, and if this was an emergency to find another vet. HOW TERRIBLE. It took me almost 1/2 hour of searching till I found Trout Brook. They told us to bring our puppy in right away. Dr Smith and all the staff were very caring and helpful to us and our pet, right till the day we had him euthanized because he was suffering too much. Even though it takes us over an hour to get there, I am going to switch my other 2 dogs to their care. I know they will be there when our pets need them. THANK YOU Dr. Smith and all the staff at Trout Brook. :)

We recently moved back to the area with 4 dogs including a 15 year old Bouvier who had been ailing for some time. This past Tuesday she took a sudden turn for the worse and clearly needed help to move on . We called Trout Brook and, although we were not clients of theirs, they were very accomodating and kindly gave us a same day appointment. Dr. Bregman and two veterinary technicians were compassionate and made the end of our beloved Zoes death a gentle and dignified experience. There is no question as to where the rest of our brood will be seen and cared for. Be assured of our heartfelt gratitude. Judith and Ted

My regular vet wasnt available one night when I had an emergency with my puppy. A couple of my friends recommended Trout Brook Vet Clinic so I gave it a shot and called the number they gave me. I spoke to the vets wife who told me that I was more than welcome to bring her in, even though I didnt go there regularly. She gave me some instructions over the phone to check for some signs of internal bleeding. She was very nice and relieved me of my worries. If you are looking for a great, friendly, reliable place to bring your pet I highly suggest this clinic!

Our 12 year old Lab was acting like he had a stroke or a seizure after his usual morning walk. My husband called Trout Brook Vet Clinic and they got us in right away. Dr. Michael Smith took his time explaining what he thought might be wrong, took a blood panel, checked our Lab out thoroughly, then started us on medication for Hypothyroidism. Our sweet old Lab is feeling and acting like himself and we owe our gratitude to this wonderful and knowledgeable Veterinarian!
