My husband and I scheduled appointments at your Marketplace location. The exam portion of our visit was fine, however, when we then went to select and purchase our glasses, the experience began to spiral the drain. I chose a pair and sat for quite some time as the salesperson attempted to navigate Lenscrafters computer system and its interface with my insurance company...the final out of pocket cost to me kept changing. My order was finally figured out, and they charged my credit card for my glasses that were to be ready in just about an hour. My husband then attempted to purchase his glasses...but the same salesperson could not figure out how to utilize our top tier optical policy...at most, his glasses should have cost $150 after insurance paid their portion... Lenscrafters insisted it was $350. We had a copy of our benefits in front of us, clearly depicting our coverage and still, they could not figure it out. They also did very little to even try to understand it, and tried to play it off as us not understanding what was and was not covered. After about two hours, we decided to wait on his glasses and just purchase mine. We left the store to get lunch while we waited and about five minutes after leaving, we received a text letting us know that my glasses were ready for pick up...then about twenty minutes later, another call telling me that the frames I had chosen were not compatible with a sunglass lens! I asked the salesperson to please refund my credit card for the glasses they couldnt actually produce for me, but I was told that they could not do that unless I came back to the store. I live an hour away and we made a special trip there to begin with. Eye Med is one of the largest and most utilized carriers.... your sales staff should be well-versed in their various levels of coverage or your company will continue to lose sales. We wont be back.

This is a great office - I am a manager of patient experience at a local hospital and I was blow away by this office and how they handled my care and my husbands. We will definitely be returning for future visits!!! Alex is a great asset to this office, warm, inviting, and super friendly. Dr. Jenny was also amazing! Her bedside manner is above the rest, she was never condescending or rude. I am really glad we found her and Alex, and the rest of the staff. ( OCCUSIGHT - you guys could learn a thing or two from this office!!) Thank you for a wonderful experience!

I have been going to Dr.Brad Perry at Dr. Granieros office for 17 years. He is the most professional, patient and talented that you can ask for. He is the type of a person that you will develop a relationship with even though you only see him once a year or so. The equipment that they have is "state of the art" (no need to dilate your eyes) and I have never waited long. Making an appointment is easy. I would give them 10 stars.

The Doctor and staff that performed the eye exam were terrific, friendly and professional. The staff that actually worked with you to locate and purchase the glasses were so slow and poorly qualified that my husband and I left after working with 3 different staff members for 2 hours without even ordering glasses. They were not busy while we were there or I would have cut them some slack for that.

Very friendly and professional. There is no pressure to buy from Lenscrafters. You have to walk through Lenscrafters to get to Dr Granieros office area. You are given your prescription and can go to any eye glass store of your choosing. I am a repeat patient. You will be given a reminder call a year after your appointment which worked great for me. They do take walk ins.

Went for an eye exam because the one I had about 6 months ago was not satisfactory. This exam and the resulting glasses were great. The doctor and assistant were excellent and explained every step. It was a much more extensive exam than the first one.
