We have been patients of Dr Galan for 3 years. We have tried the chain stores, quite honestly I never knew there was such a professional available. The Doctor has equipment to test every part of the eye for health. He tests and then explains the situations he has seen, if anything is not as it should be he will find it. His office staff is also beyond stellar. You walk in the door and are welcomed like you are at a friends home, and you are. The receptionist, the consultants are happy to answer any questions you may have forgotten to ask, they get the answer right away. When the exam is done you are introduced to Mindy, who in MY OPINION is a lady most knowledgeable regarding choosing a frame, (in your price range), that looks nice on you and you can ask all the questions you need, she has a heart of gold and patience. A real true customer service Eye Professional. She is indeed a professional, can answer questions chain store people cannot and will not answer, she is not just someone who is there to show you glasses, she knows your needs and is enormously helpful. I break my glasses on the average of once a month, I visit Mindy quite often. With a sincere smile and a "happy to see you" she goes to work on undoing the damage I have done. I recommend this practice and all the associates who gladly serve you. My husband needed special glasses for bike riding (long distance). He was a little late in ordering them. Mindy went out of her way. jumping thru hoops to get them for him before he left. If you are in need of a Eye Doctor of excellence, surrounded by a staff of caring people who are available to you any time, please try Dr Galan. I was having trouble with my contacts and went to my ophthalmologist and was told there is nothing wrong with my vision, my eyes or my contacts. After seeing Dr. Galan, he was able to diagnose my issue very quickly. It was actually a simple problem solved within a couple weeks and now I ordered new contact lenses by him and I am thrilled. He took the time to hear my problems. He took the time to figure the issue out. He also took the time to set me up with several trial Lenses for a few weeks for me to see which ones I liked the most. I was most appreciative to his attentiveness and to his staff. I highly recommend for anyone who wants a thorough exam and to be fit for contacts or glasses correctly.

All of my experiences with Dr Galan have been positive ones! Since my very first visit, both the Doctor and his staff member Denise have been so kind and professional. Dr. Galan has tremendous patience, explains everything so thoroughly and is willing to take the time to make each and every patient feel confident and well cared for. He patiently worked with me to make changes in my lenses, which made a significant difference for me. Everyone on staff is friendly and willing to help.
